Modern hotel in city centre, service to improve. Room is nice, very clean angvalmist new. Staff could be better.

Great location and clean

nice location with spacious room, but no room available at check-in time

The room was large, and the bed was spacious. However, I booked a room with a City Hall view, and the window looked out onto the building next door—no view at all. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said that this was the only room type available and they couldn't change it. What's the view, please?

I was charged for breakfast, but there was no breakfast, no coffee, just bread and an egg with bacon! Absurd!!!!! Problems at the hotel with the access keys, every time I went to my room, someone had to accompany me. Extremely disappointed with the hotel. For being a 4-star hotel, it should offer greater comfort and service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The window faces the patio, and the lights in the room are dim, so it's dark every day. The front desk service is perfunctory, and no one responds to any service. If it weren't for the designated hotel for a meeting, I really wouldn't stay there.

I booked a room on Ctrip. The young receptionist Danita couldn't find my order at first. After I showed her the Ctrip order, she said she found it and asked me to swipe my credit card for a deposit. It turned out that it was not a deposit but another swipe for my accommodation fee (the room fee had already been paid on Ctrip). I didn't see the bank's withholding information at the time, and I found it out the next morning. I went to the front desk to check, and it turned out that I had two rooms. The front desk Danita opened another room for me without authorization the day before and asked me to pay the room fee again (but only gave me a room card for one room). I communicated with the lobby manager for a long time and he said he would handle it, so I didn't pay the room fee twice. Be careful when checking out in the United States. If you are not careful, you will be charged repeatedly. It's inexplicable and there is no logic! It can be confirmed that this Danita is deliberately playing tricks on me and operating without authorization.
