The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Anantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms. Special thanks to the detailed service from Ms. Thao deputy GM, Ms. Dung that took care of our room, Ms Huyen that helped us before arriving and each person from the hotel that always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand.

The staff were friendly and the service was good and the breakfast was so good with Kimbap and kimchi. The location was good and it was so convenient to go to restaurants and tourist spots

The decoration style of the hotel is very dark... I don't recommend bringing children to this hotel, hehe, very calm and down. Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

It's the best hotel to stay with family. I remember the pool slide a lot. 😇 The staff at the pool encourages a lot of games, and you won't get bored just playing at the pool. I was surprised to see the staff cleaning the playground slide. It costs about 7,000 to 8,000 won by taxi to Bokeh Street, and it takes about 10 minutes.

Don't book this hotel, you will definitely be disappointed! Let's talk about the room first. We booked from the first to the fourth day of the Chinese New Year, a total of 4 days and 3 nights. It's okay that it doubled during the Spring Festival. At the beginning, I saw that the hotel opened in 2024 was newer and the rooms were fashionable. The actual stay was seriously inconsistent with the pictures. The decoration of domestic hotels is two or three hundred. The kitchen sewer is leaking. There are cockroaches. The mattress is hard. There are leftover seasonings in the cupboard. It feels like we are renting someone else's long-term rental house. The water in the hotel swimming pool is very cold, and it is far to the beach. You have to take several escalators and then walk down the road to the beach. The hotel is located on a high ground and the wind is very strong in the morning and evening. You can't hang clothes on the balcony or they will be blown away. The wind is strong and the water is cold. It's a waste to book a room with a swimming pool. There are not many choices except a few convenience stores downstairs. If you want to go to Mui Ne Fishing Village and Phan Thiet, it will take 20-30 minutes away. It costs 200k-300k Vietnamese dong each way. It depends on the conscience of the driver. When you come to Mui Ne, try to choose a hotel close to the downtown and the sea. There is nothing special to play.

so happily supprised to be offered free upgrade, didn't expect that at all. Really enjoy the beach view from my upgraded room. breakfast is of various dishes and were served kinda early. spent almost all of my time chilling and enjoying at the pool overlooking that sea. can't forget the warm welcome of every staff here and always take good care I will come back soon in the near future

Typical product not as advertised. The room is too different from the pictures, which is disappointing. The worst thing is that it took more than an hour to check in. We couldn't communicate in the same language. They just said to wait for ten minutes! The apartment management is chaotic. The worst thing is that you have to turn on the hot water to take a shower yourself. As a result, the hot water in our room was broken and it was not repaired overnight. We had to boil water to wash our hair ourselves! It was really the first time on vacation! The next day, we asked to change rooms, and they said they had repaired it. 🤬By the way, they also said they wanted to collect our passports! We refused to give it to them and paid a deposit of 500,000! In short, there is no sense of service at all. Bad reviews, complaints, and not recommended! Except for the good scenery, I can't praise anything else!

Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Absolutely worth every penny! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The resort is enormous, yet every corner is beautifully designed. The combination of lush gardens, an infinity pool, and a beachfront location makes it feel like a tropical paradise. Highly recommended!
