Top 5-Star Hotels in Phan Thiet

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Incredible hotel! Beautiful setting, huge rooms, cleaned to perfection and friendly and attentive staff! We were lucky enough to arrive when the hotel was very quiet so had the main pool to ourselves for the first day and then only a handful of people on the second. The breakfast is delicious and I couldn’t get enough of their French toast and Vietnamese coffee! So much choice - delicious salami too. The trip was for my birthday and I arrived to a happy birthday message in my room and a cake delivered at turn down. Such a wonderful extra that was unexpected and extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here!

Super space for a few days in Mui Ne something apart from the whole trubel on the beach promenade... Hotel is very clean and generous. Super price performance. In the lobby (and at all) some post-community charm, so somehow country-type and by (positive) different from all Hiltons and Marriots of the world. However, capitalist limosine and heli service - who needs it absolutely! Beautiful large, very clean pool and great view. Golf course directly on the facility. Free shuttle (constantly) to the hotel's beach (very windy but beautiful view) is also super practical! And all in the whole resort are super friendly and helpful. English language is also available (individual but sufficient). The bar in the ”hall” of the people” does not convince - but there are (free) some billiard tables and karaoke for it. And it is open 24/7. Breakfast is good and rich. You are better and beautiful outside at night! We have enjoyed the three days in total! JM

This is the first hotel we chose when we were in Vietnam. The beautiful landscape and the facilities were new and nice. Room was well decorated, breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western cuisine, we love tea and coffee. The service was super good, special shout out to Thuy from front desk, her service made us felt like home. Every single detail was well arranged for us. Thank you Thuy. We surely will come back here again!

If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day. Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Shout out to receptionists Thang!

The resort is refreshing and quiet, and it is really an ideal place for a vacation. The infinity pool is so beautiful that you can't leave, and the photos you take are simply perfect. The children especially like the entertainment activities here, and they don't want to stop playing every day. The location is also very convenient, and the staff's attitude is very good, much better than other places!

so happily supprised to be offered free upgrade, didn't expect that at all. Really enjoy the beach view from my upgraded room. breakfast is of various dishes and were served kinda early. spent almost all of my time chilling and enjoying at the pool overlooking that sea. can't forget the warm welcome of every staff here and always take good care I will come back soon in the near future

This resort is so beautiful, completely five-star enjoyment! The environment is very friendly and fully integrated into nature. The location of the hotel is easy to find, the children especially like the play area here, do not want to leave at all! There is also an infinity pool, and the photo is simply beautiful. The waiters are also very professional and warm and thoughtful. Compared to other hotels, this is really a fairyland on earth!

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay
