Second time here and just as the first time super friendly and helpful staff, such a convenient location for petra exploration

Excellent hotel, great service, comfortable bed very clean.

The front desk is very good, right at the entrance of the attraction, very close! Maybe because of the war, there are very few people, but Jordan feels quite safe, and everyone is very friendly. It is much better than the European experience, recommended!

酒店地理位置絕對一流，走到佩特拉古城入口衹要2分鐘，設施有點老舊，5樓露台風景不錯，可以看古城日出。由於沒有什麼遊客，所以人真的很少。

ペトラ遺跡のビジターセンターにも近く、近隣のレストランにも歩いて行ける便利な立地です。

服務很一般，但位置很方便。

酒店不錯，房間很大，前台服務很好，酒店人員都很NICE，還有水果送☺，建議去佩特拉古城的可以從修道院出發，可以走完全程也不累。

I'd consider this one of the top 5 hotels in Petra. It is a new, modern hotel with lovely rooms. There is a good view of the small town of Petra from most rooms. It is also a very short walk from the visitor center. Breakfast is served from very early morning for those going into the archaeological site before sunrise. The buffet is also filled with a wide selection of items.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently situated near the primary tourist attraction of Petra, which is easily accessible on foot. There is a security screening system at the entrance; however, it is not utilized, allowing guests to come and go freely. My room was located directly across from the elevator, which typically would be a significant concern for me, yet I experienced no noise disturbances, including from the street; it was remarkably quiet.

My stay at Petra Moon Hotel in Jordan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautiful, but also incredibly clean and spacious, with stunning views right outside the window. The housekeeping team did an amazing job maintaining everything to perfection. Breakfast was another highlight – the variety was impressive and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing, making it a perfect base for exploring Petra. A special thank you to Haroun and Raja at the front desk. Haroun, in particular, was exceptional – always kind, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Center, which made it incredibly convenient. I couldn’t recommend Petra Moon Hotel more – it truly exceeded my expectations in every way!

This hotel looked good but once inside was anything but good. Service was courteous without being outstanding. The rooms were tidy but get do with a spruce. The food was plentiful without being high quality. The food is brought in from a sister hotel and is unimpressive.

Reviews did not match experience. No rooftop meal reportedly due to weather which was sunny with light breeze. Restaurant was clean and plenty of food but not very appealing for child’s palate. Waiting staff were attentive. Very bright and poor atmosphere. Had anticipated grilled chicken from rooftop but instead had to settle for rice and bread so had 5JD discounted. No sleep due to dogs barking all night and mini fridge (empty) louder than aircon. Towels old and like sandpaper. We resorted to playing music but could still hear the dogs. Room was very small.
