Stayed with my family (two bedroom) but this time a bit dissapointed with the aircon.. it wasn't that cold at all. Upon reaching the technician, he simply gave an explaination that : this was not a home aircond, therefore they couldnt adjust anything. So end up, we cant sleep for the rest of the night due to no aircon... the family room we stay at is on the 9th floor.

The hotel is pretty old, rooms also showing its age. Location is good which is walking distance to the MRT station. The surrounding nearby hotel is pretty quiet especially during the weekend.

Chase away by the valet team for parking short while for check in purpose. Management need to inform to have some tolerance for guest.

Needed a cheap place to stay within a short walk ? this place ticked those boxes. Rooms are oddly decked out with old-fashioned fixtures and fittings despite being a relatively modern building. The rooms could definitely do with a makeover, but that said it was a comfortable night's sleep. Air conditioning doing well in my room and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was a really nice hotel with nice pool and lovely lobby. Breakfast was quite subpar. *photo is only for coins purpose

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

A very good hotel where maintainence is done perfectly, and all amenities available. Breakfast is excellent too.

Nice hotel to stay with variety of breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Having breakfast buffet in the hotel. Understandable that it is peak season but the seat arrangement looks very unorganized as when we are taking the food，there are others taken our seat declaring that they came first even our food is still on the table. Overally， this is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had.

Very big room, but showers could be better. Facilities are good and convenient location

Older hotel with that sort of musty smell. Been here quite a few times coz of the location, great staff and great food. Bed is comfy but wish that they provide fluffy towel as well.

My first choice hotel for an event was fully booked hence I had to find the nearest alternative which happened to be Eastin … first impression of room was not pleasant as it has come of age and had a mouldy smell before air con was on … bathroom not well lit and I was weary of slipping on the marbled floor … not excited with using the hotel shower gel of shampoo (wasted resource should partner with a reputable brand to uplift image ) ….booked the hotel for a week and is thankful Trip dot com offers pro rated refund for early cancellation …was planning to move on to next hotel for rest of trip as I had an unpleasant surprise when I stepped on broken glass in first room probably left behind by previous guest … upon calling the front desk the receiver was quick to make an executive decision to upgrade the room at no extra cost … the staff attitude saved the day and I decided to remain in the hotel for the rest of my stay …. Not a location that is walking distance to shopping or popular places of attraction … more of a business traveller hotel …
