Great stay with attentive staff for our last mother and daughter trip. Despite the large crowd at reception, we got warm service. The pool and breakfast was not overcrowded, which makes our experience more enjoyable, especially for my mom. Will be back with my husband and kids soon!

Perfect new hotel to try and so close (walkable distance) to Galaxy from where my friend stayed. Hotel staff very warm and friendly with Brian Shea assisted us all the way. Breakfast varieties also very impressive.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! I brought my parents along, and the hotel generously gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The staff, especially Jonas, was incredibly friendly and the service was perfectly arranged. The hotel facilities are top-notch and fully equipped. There’s even a trendy tea shop and an ice cream store that kids will absolutely love. My whole family—from the little ones to the grandparents—had a fantastic time enjoying all the amenities. This is truly a highly recommended hotel, and we’ll definitely come back again to enjoy everything it has to offer!

Absolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.

The hotel room was modern, clean and bright.  The location is good too as it’s close to the entrance of water park, cinema and the light rail station.  Will return to stay there again for sure.

It is in a great location with excellent services. Just the waiting time will be a bit long, but you can leave yours luggage and enjoy the shopping and casino around first. The room is large and clean with modern decoration. Highly recommended!

Overall, it’s a very good hotel. That said, the check-in process could be better – the wait was quite long and not well managed. We understand there were concerts happening, but that shouldn’t mean guests are left waiting…

Brilliant service. The second time I am here to celebrate my mum’s birthday. A chocolate cake was prepared for my mum after we finished watching House of Water. Comfy room, convenient and the 7-11am-no-time-limit superb buffet breakfast is what my mom and I like most. The receptionist named Chris had helped arrange a room with good view for my mum. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Hotel with 5 stars services, especially thanks to Brandon from Front Desk, his attentive and professional services has made our trip become perfect.  All staff in Hawker Hawker and spa floor are also awesome, thanks a lot!  The suite is pretty and clean, we will definitely come back next time!

Great location. Less than 10 mins away from airport. Connected to studio city. Booked a king but requested for a twin and was accommodated. Room was large and clean. Housekeeping was on top and reacted positively to our requests for more bottles of water. Shuttle lobby with services to City of Dreams and many other key locations are just behind the hotel. Happy to stay back again in future.
