I stayed here for the first time with my mother and daughter to celebrate my mother’s birthday month. First I was greeted by a door man who was very friendly! The check in line was a bit long and chaotic but once I got my turn, I was impressed by Brandon, the receptionist, who was so efficient, effective and helpful. He also heard about me celebrating with my mother and he upgraded us to special room with massive balcony. I admit I was teary eyed with this kind gestures. The staff during the breakfast time was friendly and gave us the seat with nice view. Concierge staff on the phone was so helpful and we got help with wheelchair. Staff for cloack room were all so kind and my mother was so happy and she said it was the best hotel experience she had so far. Thank you W !

Location is not as good as COD hotel but shuttle bus cover the downfall . Birthday celebration with view upgraded. Value for money HH at the top floor.

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

Very nice hotel and kids friendly But not free for the minibar, a little bit disappointed So close to the water park which is good! Will definitely choose this again

Hotel very well located and clean, it’s in front of the Parisian hotel. We got our room upgraded by the receptionist. There were two things that was disappointing, one of them was that they didn’t accept USD as deposit, I had to pay in HK dollar otherwise I had to use credit card for deposit, what doesn’t make sense for me bc they don’t need to exchange the currency, just give me back the cash at checkout. The second thing was the hotel bar, we bought 2 Macau beer at the hotel bar and paid 150MOP while you can find the same beer for 15MOP/bottle at the Cotai’s bars.

W Macau is our go to hotel in Macau having stayed there twice since it opened, we stayed longer the second time around. With complete facilities and a youthfu, leisurely vibe, W Macau will remain our home until they raise their prices unreasonably. We enjoyed our stay with memorable and warm service from the staff of WET namely Ed, Love, Ralph. We can’t wait to go back.

I visited your hotel for my wedding anniversary yesterday and I am very satisfied with the environment and facilities of your hotel! The service attitude of the staff is very good. Eddy who works at the front desk is very kind and enthusiastically arranges for us. This wedding anniversary is very successful for us. We are all very happy. The buffet is so nice and the room is quite large and the staff is helpful.
