Had a wonderful stay at Ixora Hotel Penang with 6 friends! We booked the 4-bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group. The best part, each room came with its own private bathroom, so no need to wait or rush in the morning. That was a real plus for us! The welcome at the reception was friendly, and the hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel buffet good variety and delicious food. The only slight downside is that the megamall next door is nearly closed down, not much to explore there. Luckily, there’s still a Watsons and a small minimart for any essentials. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities made our stay feel luxurious. It was the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The variety was amazing—there were so many delicious options to choose from! Whether we were in the mood for local dishes or classic Western breakfast items, everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. It was a treat to start our mornings with such a delightful spread. The hotel’s amenities also added to our experience. From the well-maintained facilities to the inviting atmosphere, everything was thoughtfully curated. The location of the hotel is super convenient too, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and enjoy Penang’s vibrant culture. Overall, our stay at Ixora Hotel Penang was unforgettable. The combination of excellent service, a cozy and romantic room, delicious food, and great amenities made it a perfect getaway for us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang and can’t wait to return!

Big room, good location, breakfast ok But toilet bugs insect

Strategic location, nearby mall and shops.. everything is within walking distance.. Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly. Breakfast was good.. Nice hotel to stay.. totally recommended!!

The hygiene was poor. The bedsheets and carpet were dusty, and the pillow was a bit dirty.The hotel room environment was terrible and definitely not up to four-star standards.

I had such bad experience staying at ixora hotel recently. At first in the room we checked in the aircond not cooling at all. We had to change room in the midnight. Then in the room we changed there are a lot of cockroach. We keep looking for housekeeping staff to come to clear the cockroach. Not really a pleasant stay.!

All is okay includes room, services and breakfast. But one thing that I should need to change is their "luxury" bidet. I'm staying for 5 days and not so comfortable using those bidet instead of pipe. I hope management will consider it for customers staying long more than 2-3 days.

Room is not clean, cockroach has been lying on the floor for days, and housekeeping didn’t bother to remove, probably never even vacuum the floor. Though room is big and spacious.

Spacious room with free parking. Toiletries, iron,iron board is provided .
