The room is old and needs some paint to cover the cracks and the windows are really dirty but if you don't open your blinds (the other buildings across are pretty run down anyways they're not much of a view) then it's not a big deal. Mostly clean, there's no separation of wet/dry in the bathroom but we didn't mind. Bed was decently comfy. Lacks furniture to sit on, only 1 chair, and if you put any luggage on that, there's no chairs left. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast options, but offers tours to book from the front desk, which was convenient!

Nice location, close to traveler's attractions,and friendly front desk ladies.

Great location: walking distance to the main bus terminal and the pier and all the restaurants in Magong.

The pick up service from the airport was wonderful. Most of the ladies at the front is nice except one is impatient. She would recommend what time I should leave for the airport, she said it was my choice, however, she did give me the approximate time it would take. I just wish she was kinder.

Good location.

Hotel location is very convenient, right in the heart of downtown Makong, and walkable from the Makong bus terminal. Check-in was quick and easy and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only issue is the bathroom as there is no separate area for the shower. Overall would recommend for the convenience and the reasonable price.

This hotel is not super good. It is very clean and hygienic. It is nice. It also has a bathtub. You can take a bath and feel very relaxed. It is also close to the station. It is very convenient to get in and out. The service staff at the counter are very good. The transportation is good and delicious. , it’s just one or two steps away but there is no free breakfast. Fortunately, there is McDonald’s and the whole family. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come. It is also very close to the County Government Square. I went to attend the New Year’s Eve party last night. , it’s really a worthwhile trip,

Very nice, very comfortable, and the service attitude is sincere and considerate. The location is pleasant, not only close to the old street, it is convenient to find delicious food and enjoy the scenery. It is worth mentioning that luggage can be stored🧳.

The location is good, there is a free shuttle bus, the service staff is very kind, and we live on the 8th floor with a good view. Although the room is small, it is well-equipped. Thank you very much to the cleaning staff for helping us clean our room every day.

I am very satisfied with the location of Hitachi Hotel, the bed in the room, the counter staff, and the leather sofa in the lobby. I had a very happy and pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance~ Highly recommended, good location, high CP value, and reasonable price~ Great~
