Business Hotels in Pekanbaru

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

I have never award a low rate for such hotel, but my recent stay in this facility prompt me to do so. I have been staying regularly here for many years, my last review was from 2013 and been staying here regularly for business, ignoring the fact that the complaints I have written was never been addressed. The facilities are nice with ample amenities. Location is strategic especially for business purpose. Breakfast are nice with ample selection of dishes. Especially enjoyable are the coffee machine, serving for fresh coffee(s) cappuccino(s) alike. However, the check out process is now demeaning. A person called with reminder of check out time with no courtesy, even shut the phone down while I was talking. It was 13.30. Less than 5 minutes later, when I opened my room, with all my luggage ready, to my surprise, I found a person have already stand by in front of my door, asking whether I was checking out or not. I have to express this as a feeling that the hotel was “kicking me out”. At 13.40 at the front desk, I have expressed my complaints to the officers, and no one offering any apologize. Sadly. This hotel was once proud of being the hotel, where the President was staying when in Pekanbaru. We understand that a simple guest should not be treated like the Leader of a country. But to handle a simple check-out without courtesy, that they forgot what a hospitality is

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. Since me here for accompanying my husband duty, he said the brakfast food have a good taste also! See you in the next season of kemarau Warm regards from 1216 to all staff and management TZPku

This is the first time I stayed here. I was impressed when I was staying here first time. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious sushi. The hotel is very nice, located in the center of the city. It also have access to the mall. Most of staff are friendly and helpful, tasty breakfast, nice, clean and spacy room. Overall thank you very much.
