Our stay was okay, but there were several concerns. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs improvement—there were visible stains. We were also assigned to a separate building that felt less secure, with open access to anyone, unlike the main building where the reception is located. Additionally, there was a loud argument between guests just outside our room, which disrupted our stay. Better security, soundproofing, and cleanliness would really help improve the experience.

Hotels need to improve their Actually we have better expectations but unfortunately we are not happy with their Breakfast is average.

GLOW PATTAYA HOTEL is mostly preferred by Indians. Think I'm the least Chinese staying. My room was corner which was big n great..BUT so near to roadside which I can't soundly sleep for 2 nights.
Breakfast was below average.

Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel in Pattaya. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for at this price point. Everything looked fresh and tidy, and the housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. The walls aren’t very soundproof, and I had some noisy neighbors who often talked loudly in the hallway — especially in the evenings. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was a bit frustrating.
Aside from that, everything else was totally fine. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to stay in Pattaya, this hotel is still a solid option.

This hotel has everything, Fast Internet, Telly Hairdryer pool gym. Clean Big Rooms. It's far from walking street. 711 is like 10 min walk too. That's manageable.
It has only one problem and that's the biggest one.
Indians. I am Indian myself, so you can't play race card.
Damn they are loud. In lobby, they talk like they are in cricket stadium sitting on the other side. Some talking on the phone to India. If they just put the phone down.i am sure people on the other side can hear them without a phone. Another thing room they open the door and talk loudly and play music. Lot of people doing this think they are cool.
My suggestion for the hotel is to keep some posters to advise guests to keep the noise down and, if required, put the fine. Another indian , he ate food and put the rubbish in the hallway. He could have thrown in the bin . I feel sorry for the staff and reception, that they have to deal with such rude guests every day.

GLOW Pattaya is always my Favorite Hotel in Pattaya, the location is super convenient, it’s quiet and close to the night market with delicious food. Overall I always have an enriching experience staying at Glow, the staffs are very friendly, but for the Love of God, reduce the price of your breakfast.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The shower curb is spoilt and the entire toilet floods each time we shower. There are deep seated stains grime and mold in the toilet and deep brown stains throughout the room. It appears the room has not been clean for a long time. We saw one small cockroach during our stay. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the TV from the next door room clearly.

Overall, it’s a good hotel for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, was lacking—there were visible stains. The light is to dim. One night, the smoke alarm went off for no reason, disturbing our sleep.

This hotel is in a great location. Nice and clean. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. We took floats. Kids loved the pool. Plus we found it empty until 4pm. That when the alcohol bar starts. Food was good. And breakfast that came with the room was good too. But be prepared to eat Asian style breakfast. No pancakes or waffles for the kids. But you can use Grab. Grab is a great service.
