Been there for 10 days. Had to change rooms many times cause of problems with the room. Then I said if I get a good room I’ll book more days. The man at the reception promised me that but they did not contact me anymore for another room. Disappointed with that and I was to tired to keep going and tell them what’s wrong so I slept the extra 3 days in a room where the remote of the tv did not work properly. I was sick so stayed at the hotel for the most time and then it’s very irritating when you wanna watch proper tv. Bad luck I guess. Room looks good but they don’t clean the wall tiles in the shower and the sink or not good enough cause you can see the limescale and mole in the bathroom. If they did that and listen to what’s wrong with the room it would be a 8 of 9 out of 10

This hotel has gone from strength to strength … since my first visit they have re-furnished all the rooms , built a 2nd reception area , whilst improving the 1st reception area. Added a massage centre and increased the food choice and menu at the restaurant . All this has been done whilst keeping the room prices at a reasonable level … Great service by all the team . Miw, On , Oam , Pop all remember me every time and love to see my son Kuba … Thank you for all the great smiles and hospitality… Will see you again May 2025 for my sons birthday gift in Thailand

I liked everything - how I was greeted, the staff was friendly and very smiling, I would especially like to mention Ms. Ieem - always ready to listen and quickly help, even if you do not know English.
I also really liked the design of the room - very stylish and modern.

The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, it would be beneficial to have more charging sockets available, including USB ports, for added convenience. These apartments are a complete dump. Very outdated. Front desk agent who works in the morning is completely rude and arrogant. Housekeeping staff do a very poor job when cleaning. They spend forever in the room walking around pretending to wipe down things but in reality I just pacing around killing time I'm not sure even what they're doing. Engineering are very rude as well. I was trying to point out the problem that they have with the door that keeps getting stuck when opening and closing so there's a problem with the door jam and the notches are squeaking but he was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Breakfast staff were also very unpleasant, they lost my medication and refused to accept it. I had just left it there a few minutes ago and I went back and they are pretending that they never saw it. Obviously if they threw it away they could've just admitted. Nothing but *********** there. Heavy ************ in that area it's actually very disgusting. You would think that the property is near a red light area but it's nice. It's pretty secluded but yet at 23 in the morning on 2 January there in the men's police presence, dealing with some Chinese tourists and some bar girls over dispute overpay. Apparently the TV screen was smashed the corner into the agent at the front desk told me. All in all. The worst choice for me to stay in for New Year's Eve. I end up staying five days. I was completely overcharged for the first three nights at over US$200 a night. Paying a toll of over 18,000 local Thai baht. They pretend to act like they're some kind of five star property but it's not even 1.5 and my honest opinion. I actually manage a five star property chain. And I know what Five really means. Service is just awful. I was very happy to leave.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations on their building 2 which they will put the guests once building 1 is full. The first night the room has no sound proofing or whatsoever that makes sleep deprivation even harder as I am a light sleeper. I requested to put me up on to their sister hotel which they refused and offered me to their building 1 it was better but can be much better. At night people fighting in the middle of the night on the property itself. My suggestion is to close the building instead of letting guest stay in a noisy and dusty place only solution providing ear plugs to lower the noise disturbance 🤦
Overall the service is good like the staff names Miss Beer and Miss Mind and the hotel manager miss Linda is good at customer service and are very welcoming 😀😀
To be honest I am a regular guest to this hotel chain for the past 8 years but they don’t treat their regular guest with good offers or Whatsoever whenever we message the managers or reservations team which got 2 weeks to reply me and I even tried calling on the number always never call me back!!! If this carry’s on and I will stop staying At Mind Group since the management is not very good treating its regular guest!!
