This hotel is very good. Since we wanted to check in early, we called the front desk to explain the situation. My flight was at 6 pm the next day, and the front desk took the initiative to extend my check-out time to 3 pm and gave me a breakfast voucher. It was a very thoughtful service. The air conditioner only has wind, no air conditioning, and it's too hot under the quilt. Everything else is fine.

I came here for a New Year trip. The hotel was relatively old. When I checked in at night, the room smelled very heavy of smoke. After communicating with the front desk, I changed the room. The breakfast was pretty good, but overall I felt it was not worth the money.

I usually choose Vienna when staying in hotels, so I have stayed in many places in Vienna. The first thing about this one in Luhe County is that there is no free parking lot. You have to find a place to park on the roadside. If you are not lucky, keep looking. Secondly, the interior decoration is inferior to other Viennas, at least it is the worst among all the Viennas I have stayed in. Third, the price during the Spring Festival is the same as Vienna in downtown Shanwei, but the facilities and environment are not as good as those in the city center. Fourth, due to property reasons, the windows were closed (the outside of the windows were blocked by glass and isolated from the outside), but the price was still the same as with windows. I got there late due to traffic jams, and I was given a room with blocked windows. If I needed a window, there was only space. Much smaller room. If you check in early, you can get a room with a large airy space. So check-in must be early.

Vienna Hotel (Luhe Branch) has a good location, right in the business center of Luhe. The hotel has free parking, but parking spaces are hard to find. The service at the hotel is very good. Recommended.

The location is convenient, and the services and facilities are all good. However, parking is not very convenient. You often need to occupy a public parking space outside the hotel in advance, otherwise you need to park in the underground paid parking lot.

Just to keep out the light, I specially booked a large bed room without windows, suitable for sleeping in.

The room was very clean. I was not used to the lack of windows when I entered the door. I paid extra to get a nice room with a tea table!
