The hotel quite rundown. Nearby got better, newer option offering the similar price range. Cleanliness is terrible.... many ants in my room. And many cockroaches in my brother room. Wont choose this hotel if i know its this bad.

The only good think about this hotel is the view and only for those few room that can see the sea, very old and not well functioning, in my room there was not hot water, the service just barely answer your question

To be honest not the best hotel in Pattaya, good room on the 6th floor , always going to be busy because of the location. They know that .....your just a customer

This is an old hotel which should not exist. I booked a junior suite with ocean view but got a small king with obstructed view. Room was Terrible, bed was uncomfortable, silky pillows , difficult to sleep on. no side tables, outdated amenities. Power plugs are in the middle of the bed? I mean really how can one sleep? Very Very Slippery floors, especially if you coking from beach or wearing a leather shoe. Almost banged my head . Only saving grace was location. But still Never Again

Good location easy to walk to eat. The room view is good. Pretty clean and the ac was really strong

There was some confusion and disagreement with room window that didn’t really allow curtains to open for natural light . I couldn’t stay in the room for one night. But the next day they upgraded me. If you really need a window that gives some natural light double check . Location is better than central pattaya.

I recently stayed at The Beach Front Hotel Pattaya and overall had a pleasant experience, highlighted by exceptional service from the staff and delightful a la carte breakfast options. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness were evident and greatly contributed to a positive stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast. The a la carte options were delicious, with a variety of choices that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was impressive, and the dining experience was enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the room that affected my overall comfort. Despite the excellent service, the bed cover in my room had not been changed prior to my arrival. There was a strand of hair visible on the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable and itchy throughout the night. This oversight was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standard of the hotel's service. In conclusion, while I appreciated the outstanding service from the staff and the quality of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, specifically the unchanged bed cover, was a notable issue. I hope the hotel can address this to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for all guests in the future.

Location is 10 out of 10 which is in front of beach so easy to go to beach and just cross back the road to reach hotel. The room are just fine and need to improve the cleaning service. Housekeeping forgot to check the fridge and we found out some left over mango from the old guest. Also, the room are not soundproof. We hearing the noise from the opposite room the whole night. Lastly, the restaurant under the hotel is highly recommend. Good taste and affordable price.

Nice location, with great ocean view. One recommendation is to make room service available beyond office hours. At this moment they do room service during office hours only.

Trip.com reviews 4.1 and some very bad review, I think it near to the beach should be OK ended up very disappointed。I check in at 2pm asking higher floor receptionist say only 208 room 2 floor, no choice taken the room and go out until 1130pm return to the room. When on the bed I found 2 roof beams just on top on me - Photo attahed. I feel very uncomfortable and decid to change other hotel. I checked out at 1215am the night manager is Surprise I am checking out. I tell her the reason she say why at checking in did not request to change. but that time receptionist say no room. I heard from thai people this type of room they also do not like . Also inside the room do not have hair dryer. Also the last guest used cotton swab left together with the new pack. Also the safety boxes is very small.
