Great location. Clean . Helpful staff. Good environment.

They offer me room on 5th floor & no lift. So you have use staircase everytime. Otherwise near from walking street and pattaya beach. 7- eleven back side. Good staff. Clean rooms. Wifi. Warm water. Toiletries.

They are service and behaviour are so good.

Very old and dirty hotel. The smell is terrible in the room. beds are uncomfortable. dirty walls, curtains, furniture

Its good for solo traveller and room is bit smelling , says no smoking room but while entering itself there is heavy smoke and not that bad though we will used to it in few mins, other than that worth for budget and location is not far from walking street and beach

When I went to check out at 7:00 AM, there was no one at the front counter and no response no matter how many times I called out. Since it was almost time for my bus back to Bangkok, I left my key card inside the front counter and left the hotel as it was. I had left a deposit of 450 baht which was not refunded as I could not meet the front desk staff. I hope they will refund it soon. The only contact number to the hotel is a phone number, (no e-mail address) and as a foreigner, it is difficult for me to communicate with them due to the language barrier, so I have written it here.

The landlord is very nice and the waiter is also good. Turn left and walk straight for 5 minutes to the food court. The local small restaurant is very cheap, 80 baht for a pig's trotter rice, and you can reach Pattaya Beach in 10 minutes. But maybe because the house is very old, the odor emitted cannot be covered by perfume. We 6 people booked 3 rooms. The air conditioner in one of the rooms always made noises at night, and the bathroom leaked. When we checked in that day, the landlord explained the situation and said that there would be leaks. Because there were no other rooms, someone had been scheduled to repair it the next day. At that time, I said it was acceptable, but the sound of water splashing around 7 o'clock the next morning still scared me. If you mind, please tell the landlord to apply for a room change... Secondly, there is a description when checking in that requires daily cleaning. I did see neat towels and beds every day when I went out to play, but there were still fine hairs on the quilt and sheets. I hope that the cleaning service can be improved. If it is not possible to change new sheets every day, you can also use things like lint removers to clean them. Because this dormitory is cheap, it is suitable for budget travelers who can make do. The environment is similar to the 50-yuan hotel in a small town in China. Putting aside the leaking room, the room of this price can still meet the expected 7-8 points except that the house is a little old. If you are looking for a comfortable vacation, I don't recommend it. If you are a hardworking young man who is a special forces tourist, this hotel will save money😅

The brand is quite good, but the room I got had water from the air conditioner dripping when I checked in. The staff didn't inform me. I saw it when I got into the room, but it wasn't dripping all the time, so I didn't change it. And there were black ants. Other than that, it was okay. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it's a bit tiring to go up the stairs. So, it's convenient to travel. There's a lot of food. It's near the minibus stop.

The price is relatively low, but the biggest problem of the hotel is that there is no elevator. I have to climb to the 5th floor, which is very inconvenient for me. The room is relatively small and the cleanliness is average. The only advantage is the price.
