We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will again. The hotel is in a great location and it has everything you need. The one thing that was disappointing was the bed. They had put two singles together so there was a massive dip in the middle. It was a bit weird. Other than that we will go back next time we are in Melbourne.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 night stays at Larwil through Trip.com. Encounter issues with check up but was quickly rectified by the reception. Quick and excellent service by the staff!!!
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location was a bit far away from the CBD, so may need a vehicle to move around. But overall a good location to stay in.

The serviced apartment is equipped with really great facilities and is modernly designed. Unfortunately, it is always booked quickly so it is hard to stay here unless booked many many months in advance. Also, the service is kinda bad here so Wi-Fi & data would be slow. There’s no check-in counter so it is quite different than any other hotels because you get escorted to your room individually.

The motel was in a great location for our day trip to Flemington races and then after the races was close to numerous pubs which we enjoyed a nice meal and entertainment. The room was a little dated but very clean and well set out. I would return again to this hotel.

Unit had good facilities, a couple of negatives easily fixed - king bed could have had a topper to make it more comfortable
Mop in bathroom as disability bathroom as water spread over the floor easily when showering which made it a slip hazard

It is recommended to bring your own bed linen and spread it. The stove is not very easy to use. It’s okay to do something simple and complicated. Everything else is good. The main thing is that it’s close to the child’s university and the location is superior.

It is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a bowl and a pot. It is very convenient. I bought six boxes of eggs in a small supermarket and burned them myself. The hotel has no breakfast to eat on the street, in the supermarket.
