DDaoye☀️This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem. The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way. For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

GGuest UserBudget Hotel price including free breakfast buffet and free shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Moderate food variety for breakfast buffet and the food is delicious. Location is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport to which only 15 minutes shuttle ride. Place is exceptional clean and tidy. Fast Check-in and check-out. Nowhere else to go around the hotel area but it’s ok for me only one night stay for next day flight.

GGuest UserI arrived on a red-eye flight. The hotel was easy to find, and the best part was definitely the breakfast. What's even better is that it's available super early – my flight landed at 2 AM, and I could already grab breakfast by 3 AM before catching up on sleep. 👍👍

PPrashant007Close to the Suvarnbhumi Airport. You can watch flights and the airport from the rooftop. Good but small common area. I hope they replace the tables with chairs so people can relax and work comfortably. The only thing that is missing is lockers. They don’t have lockers on all 4 floors except on the ground floor. It's very important to have lockers because people mostly stay here who want to catch their flights and if someone takes something from your luggage, then it's difficult to catch that person even if we know that person because he may have already left Thailand.

It felt almost like a mini library lounge inside a luxury retreat. I also loved the rooms — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The beds were super comfy, the lighting was warm, and the housekeeping team made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. The staff deserves a special mention. I chose this specific hotel based on its proximity to the Airport as I wanted to be there by 9am and the hotel offers a complimentary transit bus both from and to the airport. Additionally Breakfast is open from 4am onwards and is a great buffet based on both International and Asian food. 2 for 1 Cocktails were available from the basement bar from 5pm till 7pm and these were reasonably priced from an English perspective. The main restaurant has an extensive menu of Western and Thai dishes. Reception staff were excellent...

GGuest UserThe room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
