SSaud.AlqahtaniHonestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent. بصراحة ما سكنت عندهم لكن زرتهم قبل لا اسكن وسمحت لي باسترداد نقدي تقريبا بيت عائلي بتأجير غرف فوق The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful. الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ولكن من الخارج نوعا ما ليست مرتبة لكن اخلاق العائلة رائعة جدا

PPoh Choo TanWe were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested.

YYuliya GrabkoThe only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.

BBYThe hotel is in a deep alley. There are many hotels in the chain. Really more like a residential condo than a hotel. There are a lot of Chinese people on tour. Points deducted for breakfast is that you eat it separately with the tour group. It's a big waste, but you're impressed by the good service staff.
