I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night’s sleep after a long day. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and complimentary bottled water. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room tidy and fresh. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with sufficient toiletries. I appreciated the modern design and the thoughtful layout, which made the room feel both comfortable and functional. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. This is a charming hotel about 20 minutes from BKK airport. The swimming pool is very nice, the gym is quite small but adequate, and the hotel is always very clean. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options and is great if you're only staying a few days. There's a Big C shopping mall within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The wifi is not very strong at all...I was frequently kicked off. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay for a short stopover near the airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We only stayed one night, arriving around 5pm, and used the shuttle bus from the airport both ways which was easy to arrange (300 baht for three of us each way). It was actually nice to return here after first staying during the COVID “test & go” period – completely different experience now and much more relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant and pool, which was ideal as we could keep everything on site without needing to go out. Perfect if you just want a simple overnight stay before heading back to the airport. The location is set back from the main road, so if you want to go elsewhere you’ll need a Grab or Bolt taxi, but for a short stay this wasn’t an issue. Overall, a good, clean and convenient option for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made it a great choice for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on top of the refrigerator, which made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the location, staff, and air conditioning were excellent, but I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and bathroom maintenance.

We're from out of town, and my partner was really set on visiting Le Meridien. We've watched it through livestreams, so we took the opportunity to come. When we arrived, it felt a bit far, quite a distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport, which made us a bit tired. But once we got to the hotel, we were absolutely amazed! It's huge, with so many people. There are cafes and plenty of restaurants. In the evening, we walked across the bridge to the theater side and were blown away – it's massive! There were so many people, and the music was fantastic. The first solo singer in the early evening was incredible, she really held the crowd. We went on a Saturday, and at 10 PM, Khun Nat came on to sing – truly captivating, fun, and very entertaining, a real professional! Another thing that impressed us was the delicious food. The German pork knuckle was the best, and all the dipping sauces were tasty. I noticed every table ordered it. I loved it, very impressed! If we get the chance, we'd love to go again.

Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the restaurant is great with delicious food. It's not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport. If I travel again, I'll definitely come back.

The only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.
