AAnonymous UserUpon entering, the place looked and smelled great! However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went. We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide. We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice. We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available. Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1. To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered. Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove.

HHazirahHalimLocation: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

JJeeeGWe stayed here just for a night to avoid day traffic. Location is near Second Link and is a quiet area. I was a bit worried after reading negative reviews about Pinetree Marina Resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was large, well furnished and generally looked new and well-maintained with Electrolux appliances and Grohe sanitary fittings. Bottled water was provided, and plenty of power sockets aroudn the apartment. Check-in was quick and fuss-free, even though we arrived at midnight. Amenities were provided, such as toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was a bento delivered to the apartment, and contained a packet of nasi lemak, croissant, pain au chocolat and an apple, as well as a drink (choice of coffee, tea or orange juice). The food was delicious, and way better than I had expected. Check out was also easy. Now, it wasn't all perfect, and there were some negatives. The shower area in the bathroom of the master bedroom had a faint sewage smell. The aircon compressors are located right outside the master bedroom, and the compressors keep turning on and off, so this can be disturbing for light sleepers. I was not too bothered once I got used to it. Finally, the lobby is really hard to find from the car park. You have to look out for small signs printed on paper, and look for the security guard at the security office to unlock the lobby door. Also, bring your TouchNGo card to the reception to validate parking. Overall, it was still a great stay.

The location? Couldn’t ask for better! You’re right on Jalan Legoland, Iskandar Puteri 79250, and just steps from Legoland Malaysia Resort. Serious bonus for families or anyone wanting easy access to the park. Feeling peckish? No worries! Eco Botanic is under a 10-minute drive away and packed with yummy eats. I loved how hassle-free it was to grab food even late at night. 🍜 The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with some serious comfort vibes—perfect whether you’re traveling solo or with the fam. The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. The area is super quiet and chill, so you can actually relax—no noisy neighbors or street drama. Would I stay here again? 100%! The value-for-money is unreal and the location can’t be beat. MMuzy MuzakirA Comfortable stay. A little difficult to find the place at first especially @nite. Few condos have the similar name Medini and the condo name not easy to see it. Unit is clean and well equipped and the condo has the necessary amenities for recreation. No convenient store at the condo so advisable to get some groceries beforehand. Host is friendly and helpful. Prompt reply on our inquiries. Highly recommended.

MMcainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. GGuest UserGood facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called ”Serenity Medini” but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called ”Medini Signature ”. So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead. The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available. And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around. Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.
