We recently stayed at Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home and found it to be a good option for families and larger groups visiting Johor. The unit was clean upon arrival and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. As this is a residential apartment rather than a traditional hotel, the self check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of the unit is its size. The loft comes with three queen beds and one sofa bed, making it suitable for larger families or groups who prefer staying together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The loft design also helps the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The unit includes a kitchen, living area, swimming pool access and gym facilities, which add to the overall convenience of the stay. The residential setting offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many hotels. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, which provided a relaxed departure experience. Overall, Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home offers good value for families and groups looking for a spacious accommodation option in Johor. The combination of multiple beds, useful facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment made for a comfortable stay.

The hotel looks new, and the cleanliness also okay. Only a few things that we might be reconsidering about to revisit. 1st is many angle in the room a bit shape and need to be extra careful if stay with toddlers or infant baby. And the door of the room can’t be close properly, we know that hotel staff trying to help to solve the problem. We was arrange to another room at late night abt 11pm+. And the door of hotel room also insecure with simple lock, normally hotel room come with double locks to avoid toddler open the room door easily and go out. Really hope the hotel management will look into this matter to avoid any incident happened.

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

Our family had a really pleasant stay here! 🥰 The kids absolutely loved the apartment, especially the slide and play area. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂 The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children. One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids. As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, family-friendly setup, and proximity to Legoland made it a wonderful choice for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back! ❤️

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

First time staying at this hotel. Away from the busyness of the town area. It's a quiet town and nothing much can be done except for those that having plans to Legoland. They have a mini Medini Mall. Full with eateries and a supermarket. Smooth check in and grateful to be given a late check out. A little bit rub down cause it's residence but for a night stay, no complains. Rooms comes with kitchen, microwave, big fridge and utensils. Will definetly come again for a short stay.

Spacious, family‑friendly layouts: Suites with 2 bedrooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer—great for extended families or staycations. Convenience of location (Hard Rock Café downstairs, close to Legoland). But the sofa really needs an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. A newer or firmer set would really improve the guest experience.

Serious bonus for families or anyone wanting easy access to the park. Feeling peckish? No worries! Eco Botanic is under a 10-minute drive away and packed with yummy eats. I loved how hassle-free it was to grab food even late at night. 🍜 The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with some serious comfort vibes—perfect whether you’re traveling solo or with the fam. The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. The area is super quiet and chill, so you can actually relax—no noisy neighbors or street drama. Would I stay here again? 100%! The value-for-money is unreal and the location can’t be beat. A Comfortable stay. A little difficult to find the place at first especially @nite. Few condos have the similar name Medini and the condo name not easy to see it. Unit is clean and well equipped and the condo has the necessary amenities for recreation. No convenient store at the condo so advisable to get some groceries beforehand. Host is friendly and helpful. Prompt reply on our inquiries. Highly recommended.
