Location is right opposite Legoland. Security officers are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of apartment is decent. One of the double beds mattress had already sink downward, a little awkward to sleep on but it’s ok just for 2 nights stay. Towels were given but no toothbrushes provided though. Pls bring your own toiletries.

SSyamimiNurCheck in was easy. Instructions given were clear and concise. Room allocated was meticulously clean. Clean Towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes were provided. My kids absolutely loved. We loved it. We cant wait to come back for another stay.

MMunirah AlwiMy family and I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently in Oct. We came to JB for Legoland. Booked here because of the reviews and true enough, I have only wonderful things to say. Very very satisfied with our 1 night stay here. Room & bathroom were clean, bathtub was a plus point, toiletries were also provided. There was even a washer&dryer but we haven’t had the chance to use it. Breakfast was amazing, they had a lot of choices and my favorite part was their freshly pressed juices, I mean you don’t get those at most hotels anywhere. Food was delicious. Check in & check out were a breeze. We’re so satisfied that we just booked another stay here for end of this month, this time for 2 nights. Can’t wait to visit again! :)

RRyan ThenLove the room and the environment! It was quiet and cozy, as it was located outside the town area, yet just a 10-minute drive to Bukit Indah or Eco Botanic Shopping Galleria. The deluxe studio room also came with a balcony where you could enjoy views of green scenery and the Legoland landscape.
You could also walk to the Mall of Medini, which is just a 5-minute walk from Legoland Malaysia!

GGuest UserI really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

GGuest UserWe were welcomed by Didi at the check in counter. He was super polite and courteous and we were very happy when he upgraded us to the penthouse 3 bedroom . Although we stayed there for 1 night but his customer service skills was excellent. For the room wise, its spacious and every room has a connected bathroom. If you are expecting a quality hotel room then this is not the place for you. Cleanliness is 8/10. Maintenance 6/10. The wifi is good if you are close to the router. If not its unstable. But overall for a family reunion if you are not too picky is acceptable. The swimming pool also is normal and the toilet is superb. Is not dirty or not maintained. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was on bento and is delicious. If you want a buffet is an additional 20rm per pax for you to enjoy Frasers Place Puter Harbour buffet breakfast. Didnt take picture as we forgot. But overall stay for family is 8/10 for a serviced apartment setting. And also Thank you Didi for the welcoming and also the farewell 👍🏽

I recently stayed at the Ramada Meridin Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe apartment is made up of 2 apartments - a one br, and a two br, each with a living and kitchenette area. However the fridge and tv reside in the 2 br. The two sofa beds have very thin mattresses, and the air conditioning in the master of the 2 br does not work. The shower area in this room’s en-suite bathroom floods. Overall the air conditioning is not cool. The kitchen lacks any cook ware, microwave or toaster but there is enough table ware for very simple meals. Thankfully there is a kettle.
This is good for 6 to 10 pax but only for a short stay, and keep your expectations low. For the price per night, you have to expect bare basics. What we loved: the seperate areas living areas and partitions, the sun rise in the morning, and lots of wardrobe space (although not needed). Location is great is you drive or take a grab. Walking to LEGOLAND is great but you might not want to do it with loads of bags and kids as there is no real pavement and doing it was tough for us. Save the effort and spend 10RM on a grab.
