"The hotel is located about a 25-minute Grab ride from the train station and is connected to two shopping malls, making it very convenient for food and shopping. LEGOLAND is only about a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel can arrange transportation, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
However, the room's cleanliness needs improvement. We noticed dust on top of the tissue box and stains on the mirror. It would also be nice if hand towels were provided in the bathroom. In addition, the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. When we arrived at around 8:15 a.m., almost all the food trays at every station were empty. Unfortunately, they were not replenished during our stay, and even when we left at 9:20 a.m., most stations were still empty. The only stations that consistently had food available were the nasi lemak and egg stations. Overall, the breakfast experience was very disappointing."

"Came for a short stay w family to celebrate husband's birthday. First time here and it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back! The team even did a birthday decor beautifully.
Hotel room was big and spacious, the dining table was v practical when we wanna sit as family to have a meal. There's Netflix on tv, bath tub was huge and swimming pool has a jacuzzi too! But did not have time to go for a swim sadly. Near to Tuas checkpoint, just beside Fraser place. Food option, not much but just beside there's a bbq smokehouse Smokd, Kanteen, grocery store Pasar, coffee club and 7-11.
Cons: behind the tv area, some parts of the wall, there was quite a number of kamitetep."

I stayed at OZO Medini this time, and its location near Legoland makes it very convenient for accessing malls and restaurants. The room was generally new, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful, which is crucial in Malaysia's weather.
The front desk staff were efficient with check-in, and their attitude was pleasant. What impressed me most was the cleanliness; it was much cleaner than many similarly priced hotels. It was also relatively quiet at night, making it suitable for resting or working.
The breakfast selection wasn't overly extravagant, but it had all the basics, and the taste was decent. The pool and gym were also well-maintained, great for photos during the day.
If you're looking for a short stay in Johor Bahru, a family trip, visiting Legoland, or have business near Forest City and Puteri Harbour, I think this is a pretty reliable choice. I'll likely stay here again on my next visit."

Guest UserWe really enjoyed the stay. The place is fresh, clean and cosy. We had to go through a fair bit of verification during check-in at the security guard place which can be a hassle but that also meant we felt safe staying here. Thank you for keeping the place homely for families.

Nurul OsmanFirst time staying at this hotel. Away from the busyness of the town area. It's a quiet town and nothing much can be done except for those that having plans to Legoland. They have a mini Medini Mall. Full with eateries and a supermarket.
Smooth check in and grateful to be given a late check out. A little bit rub down cause it's residence but for a night stay, no complains. Rooms comes with kitchen, microwave, big fridge and utensils.
Will definetly come again for a short stay.

It is a spacious 2-room apartment, nice deco and convenient location. There was a bit of toilet odour and its building facilities a bit run down. Nonetheless, given the convenience to Legoland & X-park, this is still a considerably decent option.

We stayed in 1401 Pinetree rented out independently by Cowidea, a postbox self checkin management service without a face to face office reception. I was initially very unhappy because the booking on Trip.com appeared to be a direct booking with Pinetree Residence and I did not want to follow long whatsapp checkin procedures in addition to luggage for 4 people. No one wants to drag luggage up and down staircases.
However, I will say that Pinetree 1401 was clean and a premium quality apartment.

McainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay.
What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience.
The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel.
Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

Anonymous UserGuideline from the owner is very straightforward, clearly indicates on every step. Room was okay, bed and pillow were okay as well. Just some minor improvement is required to make the room more comfortable, communicated with the owner and is greatly accepted. Anyway it was a pleasant experience.

Good facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called ”Serenity Medini” but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called ”Medini Signature ”. So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead.
The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available.
And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around.
Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d
place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.

Affordable price for basic stay services like clean bed, working aircon, working bath, fridge and microwave.
But toilet had problems such as poor drainage of water, when bathing the floor will become a mini bathtub. Towel given is a disposable towel which is very thin and cannot absorb water. Soap dispenser was not refilled too.
No hair dryer was provided.
Check in time on trip.com stated as 12pm but owner asked to check out at 11am.
Messaged owner at 5pm to top up soap and for hairdryer but was ignored, blueticked on whatsapp.
As seen in picture, there were windows between the kitchen and outside corridor, raising issue on privacy as people can peep through into the rooms.
Paid 120rm for 1 night, hence for the price I'm giving 2 stars overall.
