The location is very good, 2 minutes walk to the train station. There are several stairs at the entrance of the hotel, so it will be awkward to take a large one. I booked hotel breakfast but it turned out to be from 7:30 to 9:00. The completion time was too early and too short, which was inconvenient for guests. The cleanliness of the room is average, with a lot of dust. The water in the wash basin drains very slowly. It must have been a long time since it was cleaned. The carpet makes the skin of the legs itchy.

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience
