RRaya.Z工作人員很熱情，態度很友善，還幫我們升級了房間。唯一不太滿意的是早飯，兩位56歐的早飯衹有一小筐冷麪包，兩個酸奶和一小框水果，水果不新鮮，枝幹都是乾的，草莓也很酸，希望在食材上再用點心思，如果種類少的話至少應該保證食材要比較好。

1) le paiement des boissons offertes à l’arrivée 🧐
Après explication, je n’ai rien payé
2) le paiement de deux petits déjeuné (44€) que j’aurais pris??????? Alors que j’étais chez des amis pour prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux.
Ça veut dire que n’importe qui peut utiliser les services de la restauration sur le compte d’autrui
Je veux signaler que j’ai terminé mon agréable séjour sur une fausse note

XXinxinjiejieThis stay [hotel name] is a perfect experience. From the moment you step into the hotel, the elegant and luxurious environment is pleasing to the eye. The lobby has a high design, a crystal chandelier, the staff is professional and enthusiastic, the check-in is efficient and intimate, and welcome drinks and snacks are also delivered.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and the intelligent control system is convenient and novel. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are high-end brands, and the bathtub is comfortable and relieves fatigue.
The dining is even more amazing, the buffet breakfast ingredients are fresh and varied, the restaurant dinner is exquisite and delicious, the ingredients are cleverly matched, like artwork.
The hotel's gym is well equipped, the swimming pool is clear and there is a professional coaching guide.
Here, every detail shows the quality, every service reveals the professional, is undoubtedly a model of high-end hotels, highly recommended!

GGuest UserA good hotel with pool and a large garden to relax at any time, near the center, although you need to use the car or public transport to get close to it. The rooms are very spacious, very good care and the service is very attentive and efficient.

__TT***94I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.

夜に着いて早朝に出発したのでただ寝ただけですが
バスタブもありました。お湯は溜められるタイプでは無かったので工夫して溜めました。
電気ケトルがあったので、便利でした。お茶菓子も用意してくれていました。
時間的に利用出来ませんでしたが近くにスーパーや飲食店も揃っています。
闘牛場も徒歩ですぐなのでその点は良いと思います。

GGuest UserI needed the room only for a night intermittent on the journey. Complete parking, very prevalent staff. The price was reasonable. Whoever seeks luxury, has to choose another hotel.
