This hotel and its location are absolutely amazing! 🏯️😍🤩 The hotel sits right on the site of the very first bank, and the entire place just oozes with history and charm. It really won my heart! 💘 The room was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our experience truly special. The area is a must-visit during the day, but don’t miss the chance to explore it at night too — it looks absolutely fantastic after dark! Just take a look at the photos, and you’ll understand everything yourself! The atmosphere speaks for itself! This place is a hidden gem that you absolutely have to check out!

I was expecting much from this hotel as it was the talk of the town. However seems like most if not all (including manager) are not doing their job well. Why am I saying that? Well from the day I arrived, the bellboy was busy playing with his phone, concierge was no where to be seen, and as I am not good in Chinese, hence speaking English to the receptionist, she was nervous and keep communicating in Chinese with her manager. Her manager immediately make unhappy face and moved away. Never have I met such unfriendly staff ever in all my trips. Well the only good thing is the room is clean and the breakfast is good. Lots of variety from western to eastern food. Will I ever come again? NO...

The hotel's location within the park is really convenient. It's very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The lake-view rooms offer excellent scenery, both during the day and at night. The rooms are also very clean, and the staff are very responsible.

Having stayed multiple times, I am quite satisfied with the hotel’s accommodations. The location is extremely convenient, and the facilities and equipment are well-equipped. Whether it’s parking or dining, everything is very convenient. There are also shopping centers nearby, and the manager, Rainbow, provides excellent service. Each time I stay, she greets me warmly, contacts me if I’ve forgotten something, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Traveling by car during Chinese New Year, the room was clean and cozy. The front desk staff were highly professional; every time we left, they'd proactively ask for our license plate number to waive parking fees. The breakfast, for a small local city, was quite varied. While there weren't many types of fruits, salads, or pastries, they were available. We couldn't eat much anyway during Chinese New Year, but the kids loved it. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety. Below the guest rooms were various ring toss games – it seems like ring toss is the most popular activity in Tengzhou! The kids tried a few activities. There's also a cinema and fast-food restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

The room was great, got a lake view one which was really nice, and had a small lake with a nice walking path around it. It is not located in the city center, and the ******* booking number was pretty useless at check in but with my name and passport everything we perfect and the staff was great.

I had an amazing stay at ELVIRA last night! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had a great view. I especially loved the comfy bed and the cool feature in the room. The location was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will 100% be back!

I was very satisfied with my stay at Sky Garden Waterview Hotel this time, especially the front desk clerk Meng, who was meticulous and considerate. He kept asking where I was and took the initiative to add WeChat to send me the location. Helped with luggage etc, left a deep impression on us. Next time I come to Taierzhuang, I will stay at Sky Hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

It's really good, it's worthy of being the best in the scenic area. The service staff is very good and enthusiastic. The only regret is that I didn't eat in the hotel. The breakfast is very good and worthy of everyone's trust. I went to other restaurants to eat local specialties, but I can't say anything good about it. Next time I will definitely eat here. I'm really worried about other restaurants. The hotel is less than 40 meters away from the iron blasting and performance place in the scenic area. It's very convenient.

I've always wanted to visit Taierzhuang Ancient City. I found this Wenhuilou Wangfu Courtyard on Ctrip. The room looked nice in the pictures. It was very nice when I arrived. It's a courtyard building. The room is large, clean and has a terrace. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. I especially want to praise Miss Song 🌹🌹🌹. She added WeChat in advance to communicate the arrival time, and met us at the door, helped us park and pull the luggage. She enthusiastically told us the characteristics of the scenic spot in all aspects. We had dinner at her house in the evening. The dishes were delicious. Because we were in a hurry and the weather suddenly turned cold, I would definitely stay for two more days. I will definitely stay here next time. I recommend everyone to experience it
