"I took my kids here when it just opened 10 years ago and was very satisfied. I wanted to take some comparison photos and come again 10 years later. I was extremely disappointed. I was prepared for the old decoration. To be honest, the room was clean. But the public area swimming pool and hot spring pool were dirty and cold, and the service attitude was not good. The toilet was blocked at night, so I thought I would not bother the waiter to wait until the morning to clean it up. In the end, the toilet paper ran out and I asked her for an extra roll. The answer was, didn’t she give you too much yesterday? (The toilet paper was very thin and not enough. I asked her when I checked in.) When I asked her to give me more water in the room, she said she would charge for it. The attitude was as if the hotel’s things were her personal things.
