The room in the B&B is a commercial apartment type in Poly Xuwan, Dawang High-tech Zone, Sihui City. We are arranged on the top floor of the 27th floor. It is very cheap for two bedrooms and one living room and one night on weekends. Maybe because the location is really remote enough, there are two night stalls and canteens downstairs. There are also some Going to ghost stalls can fill your stomach in an emergency, and there is no rest to eat, drink and play. This Poly community is about 10 kilometers away from the Dawang commercial area of Dawang City by car. All the way, there are black-painted national roads and occasionally see a farm scattered on the roadside. Because Poly was handed over in 2023, the room is still relatively new. The occupancy rate of the whole building is estimated to be about 10%. The entrance of the community is facing a reservoir called Longwang Temple. Some park facilities for residents to walk on the reservoir are also made. The community is surrounded by farmland and Dawang Nanshan Forest Park. The park is free and beautiful. Locals will come to picnic and hike on weekends. The Lingyun Tower from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain is a good leisure project. The environment in the apartment meets the conditions of the picture promotion. It is very comfortable, but it may be because of the remote location, there are not many guests, the room rate is not high, and the service cannot keep up. The store promised me to issue the invoice. Finally, we checked out and did not cash it. Stayed for two nights from check-in to check-out. We are basically self-service, except for asking the store for a few extra garbage bags. Treasure Hotel next to Zhenshan Tourist Area! The garden-view double room is very cost-effective. The room is clean and tidy. The green mountains and green trees are outside the window. I was awakened by birds in the morning, which was too healing. Although the facilities are not luxurious, the air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi are very powerful, and the bedding is very soft. The front desk lady is super good and the check-in is super fast. Take a 5-minute walk around to Zhenshan Scenic Area, and you can visit the nearby night market to eat snacks at night, suitable for friends who want to clean up. The price of 200+ can live in such an environment, and I can find a treasure!
