GGuest UserReceptionist is friendly. Environment is clean and fresh air. During our arrival, temperature very low. Room overall ok but the only pull back is the hot water for bathing. Only got enough after 10pm. We are glad that we manage to capture the “Golden Mountain” just right on top of their roof top. The hotel view surrounded but mountain. Hot air condition is noisy so we need to manage when it’s too loud. Location is perfect for guest who want to go Hailuogou. Walking distant to reach the tourist center.

MM50032****The hotel's location is truly excellent, and it has its own parking lot, so you don't have to worry about parking if you're driving. My only suggestion is that the signpost is a bit too small; a flashing light-up sign would be better. To find it, drive down the downhill road to the left of the hotel entrance (which faces the cliff), and then turn right at the bottom.
The hotel's cleanliness is impressive. The bathroom was spotless, and there were no strange odors in the room. The bed linen and bedding were very clean. The towels were soft and fluffy, and the bathrobes were a big plus! They were very thick and roomy, perfect for wrapping up in after a dip in the balcony hot spring before heading to the bathroom.
I highly recommend this hotel because you can genuinely see the 'Golden and Silver Peaks' of Rizhao right from your room! It's absolutely stunning! You can even enjoy the hot spring while admiring the snow-capped mountains! We booked a family twin room on the second floor. The 1.35-meter beds were spacious enough for two women to share comfortably. The only downside is that if you prefer to skinny dip, you'll want to draw the balcony curtains, as the platform on top of the reception hall offers a clear view of our balcony hot tub. There's a fire pit downstairs, but unfortunately, there was too much light pollution at night, so we didn't see many stars. The courtyard also has swings and a trampoline, which kept the kids entertained.
All in all, for the overall value for money, Qiguyuan is definitely our top choice!

QQiQQ21The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. During the communication with the boss, I feel that it is not easy to run a physical business. I like the boss’s sentiments👍I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come back to feel and experience the moment of tranquility in the mountains and forests and the shock of the golden mountains under the sun...

It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

__WB63123****Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking.
The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives!
However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door.
I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us.
Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end.
Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

GGuest UserWe were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
