The hotel rooms were exquisitely, simply, and comfortably decorated. The two courtyards within the hotel were thoughtfully designed with lush greenery, making us feel like we were in Japan. Only after checking in did we learn that it belonged to the owners of Chengdu Shuxia Hotel. After all, I knew that these shareholders were originally designers. Crucially, the staff were all highly professional. When one of our team members forgot their medicine and charger in their room, the staff made two trips to deliver them to Moxi Town. The breakfast at this guesthouse was the most abundant I've ever had. It's also pet-friendly, with rooms on the first floor featuring gardens – a true pet paradise! The rooms were quiet, clean, and tidy, and the private soaking tub was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, responding promptly to any questions. The guesthouse is conveniently located within the Hailuogou Scenic Area, making it easy to drive there. Highly recommended! 🌟

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. First of all, the guesthouse has a great location, and the service was warm and attentive upon check-in. The owner even upgraded our room because we were a family of three. They also provided complimentary fruit and coffee. The room was very clean, the decor was new, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, showing the owner's attention to detail. The hot spring water was newly filled, and you can buy swimsuits there for a cheaper price than elsewhere. After a tiring day, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. Nestled in the mountains of Hailuogou, this boutique designer guesthouse boasts an aesthetically pleasing exterior and public areas, exuding a strong sense of nature. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff provides attentive and friendly service. However, the interior design has significant flaws: the room layout is illogical, making movement and luggage storage feel cramped; the bathrooms only have a trash can near the sink, and there are too few designated trash collection points throughout the house, leaving little room for miscellaneous items. Furthermore, the curtains and air conditioning in the guest rooms are not easily adjustable, greatly diminishing the user experience; the buffet breakfast is also mediocre. Overall, the aesthetics are outstanding, but the lack of attention to detail in the accommodations would significantly improve the overall experience.

The 1.8-meter king bed we originally booked wasn't comfortable with our child, so she moved us to a twin room the next day. Breakfast is made in-house with steamed buns and soy milk, which was very satisfying. Their beef soup pot is delicious! The broth is so fresh! I'll definitely go back next time.

We stayed in the family suite 402. We arrived at 1 a.m., and the receptionist was already waiting for us. She was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Our room was also fantastic; we could see the sunrise over the mountains right from our room. Other hotels we stayed at in the ancient town before required us to run downstairs in the morning, which was very inconvenient.
