We had to rush to Kangding early the next morning. EE20558813I absolutely have to give a lengthy review of this hidden gem of a B&B in Hailuogou! This is absolutely the most amazing B&B I've stayed in this year, bar none.
The owner was incredibly welcoming. When we arrived early in the morning, he waited at the door and even helped us with our luggage. The next morning, he proactively planned our itinerary and even told us where to find the best photos. He was like an old friend.
The B&B's ambiance is absolutely stunning! Our room faces the snow-capped mountains, and opening the curtains in the morning reveals a breathtaking panorama of snowy mountains. The entire courtyard is meticulously maintained, and every detail is thoughtfully thought out. The rooms are all brand new and stylish, with underfloor heating creating a warm, spring-like warmth. The bedding is so soft you'll wake up naturally.
The most amazing thing was their hot springs! Soaking in a natural hot spring beneath the snow-capped mountains, looking up at a sky full of stars, is an unforgettable experience.
Breakfast was also amazing, with refreshing side dishes, rich rice porridge, and even the simple braised egg being incredibly delicious. I tried three flavors of freshly made buns over two days. The coffee I enjoyed in the afternoon at the coffee corner was fragrant and smooth, rivaling any coffee shop.
I really didn't want to leave. This was more than just a place to stay, it was a warm and wonderful memory. If you're visiting Hailuogou, choosing this hotel will definitely double your trip happiness!

QQiQQ21The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. During the communication with the boss, I feel that it is not easy to run a physical business. I like the boss’s sentiments👍I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come back to feel and experience the moment of tranquility in the mountains and forests and the shock of the golden mountains under the sun...

I originally booked the Xingbai Hotel on Niubei Mountain, but in the afternoon the shuttle bus to the scenic area was gone and I changed my reservation to this B&B without informing me in advance. The experience turned out to be great. The breakfast was delicious, and Ram and Ronaldinho at the front desk were very welcoming. The location is also close to the Changhaizi parking lot, but the mountain road to the B&B is quite rugged.

The hotel is surrounded by dense forests and there are many wild monkeys (I did see them). The waiter specifically told us not to open the window to prevent the monkeys from running in. The hotel provides free rhodiola rosea tea, which is very heartwarming. Mr. Jiang, the hotel's photography level is superb. He is a professional photographer and is very enthusiastic to guests. He introduced us to the surrounding tourist routes and took the initiative to invite us to take pictures of the starry sky and the golden mountain in the sun with him, and patiently taught us photography skills. Although the weather was not good and we didn't see the sunrise, the Gongga Snow Mountain under the starry sky was still magnificent and worth the trip. Thank you Mr. Jiang, I will definitely come again if I have the chance!

Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with fresh products and phenomenal cooking. The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, with great nature and good people all around. The many available hot springs made the stay even better. Most of all, the family running this place were extremely sweet and nice people. They helped us with anything we asked and we could see they truly put effort into making this hotel great. It was a hotel stay we will always remember!
