"My stay here was incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room and even provided a welcome fruit platter. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and clean, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries had a refreshing scent. What really stood out was the excellent soundproofing; I could barely hear any traffic noise from outside, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese. The freshly made noodles were delicious, and the coffee was rich and aromatic. The only minor drawback was the slightly longer wait for the elevators, especially during peak morning hours. When checking out, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and helped store my luggage, maintaining excellent service throughout. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city and highly recommend it to anyone who values good sleep quality and service. Qingyi Mountain Residence takes natural aesthetics to the extreme—the solid wood ceiling extends into a 270° viewing window, the tatami tea room is equipped with a complete set of Ru kiln tea utensils, and in the morning, brewing tea while listening to the tinkling of wind chimes on the eaves, one feels as if they have become a hermit of the snow mountain. The service details are comparable to Haidilao in the homestay world! Breakfast is a mountain-style brunch: the plateau eggs are as smooth as pudding, and the freshly baked barley omelet tastes of sunshine. A boon for those driving is the huge parking lot + free car wash service, and electric car charging stations can be booked. The most amazing thing is the starry sky library! A whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows reflects the snow mountain, and flipping through ”Chinese National Geography” while watching shooting stars streak across the peaks, I finally understood the true meaning of ”poetry and distant places.” Next time I'll bring my parents to the private hot spring room. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The price-performance ratio is incredibly high. We chose it because it was newly opened and had good reviews, and it was a wonderful surprise. The hotel has parking, though the parking lot is small, only about five or six spaces. The elevator is right next to the back gate of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small garden by the entrance. There's also a fairly large kitchen, which is very convenient for families traveling together. It's easy to cook for the kids or prepare meals. The bedding deserves a huge thumbs up. The bedding is the same as that used in some five-star chain hotels or high-end brands—very comfortable and soft. The lovely receptionist recommended a restaurant they frequent, about 50 meters across the street from the hotel. The food there is absolutely delicious. There's also a breakfast shop next door, which we chose for breakfast the next day."

"Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth."

"I must give Orange Hotel a huge thumbs up! I stayed during the National Day holiday, and only a few days after checking out did I realize I'd carelessly left my clothes in the laundry room. I thought I'd never find them, but after contacting the front desk, the staff were incredibly responsible and patiently helped me search multiple times. "My husband and I traveled by car and took National Highway 318. Originally, Chengdu got off the highway, and then changed to Luding. I chose this homestay on Trip.com midway. Bring us unexpected surprises. Newly opened in 2025, clean and tidy. The mattress is very comfortable and the sanitary products are disposable towels and bath towels. The hair dryer is also very useful. The details are very good. Especially the roof design is very distinctive. There is also breakfast, according to our taste, cooked noodles. The little beauty at the front desk is also very careful. My husband is a bit hot, she gave us help, thank you very much."

We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature. The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

Facilities: Had absolutely everything we needed. Cleanliness: Spotless and well beyond expectations. Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

I would call it the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at; the experience was exceptionally good. The guesthouse environment is elegant and tranquil, with an artistic atmosphere in the courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery, it's incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff are warm and attentive, meticulous and considerate, responding promptly to any needs. The hot pot dinner was particularly amazing; the broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients fresh and delicious, and it was incredibly comforting. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.

Receptionist is friendly. Environment is clean and fresh air. During our arrival, temperature very low. Room overall ok but the only pull back is the hot water for bathing. Only got enough after 10pm. We are glad that we manage to capture the “Golden Mountain” just right on top of their roof top. The hotel view surrounded but mountain. Hot air condition is noisy so we need to manage when it’s too loud. Location is perfect for guest who want to go Hailuogou. Walking distant to reach the tourist center.

We were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was arranged by my company for a business trip. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but my stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The parking staff at Changzheng Hotel all wear military-style uniforms and are very enthusiastic in greeting and guiding guests. The 'Long March' themed room left a strong impression on me, filled with historical stories and patriotic fervor. The bedding and shower facilities are also excellent; I personally think they're among the best in Hailuogou, definitely on par with those overpriced influencer B&Bs on the mountain (from my own experience). I heard that if the weather is good, you can even see the snow-capped mountains directly from the room, but unfortunately, it rained during my stay. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's public areas are a bit old-fashioned. The guest rooms are great, but it would be even better if the public facilities could be improved.

Great location, very close to the scenic area's main entrance. The hotel even helped us book discounted hot spring tickets for the attraction and provided free shuttle service to and from the hot springs, which was incredibly convenient! The owner is really nice and enthusiastic. Plus, the hotel has its own parking lot, making it very easy and safe for self-driving travelers. The price is also very reasonable, highly recommended!
