She also recommended several dining options, and the two we tried were both very reliable—no bad experiences at all, which is super important for out-of-town visitors. She even helped coordinate our evening hot spring visit, arranging the timing perfectly. Soaking after a day of hiking was incredibly restorative, and we weren't tired at all for our activities the next day. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, so the basics were definitely covered. But the real value came from that feeling of having someone help you smooth out your itinerary; it made our entire Hailuogou experience so much smoother and stress-free."

"I originally booked a twin mountain view room, but since I was traveling with my child and there weren't many guests, they upgraded us to a family room. The room looked spacious and bright, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub for hot spring soaks. The whole room was smart, even showing the water temperature for showering – awesome! 👍🏼 Stepping out of the room, the scenery was unique. In the afternoon, the owner was singing karaoke, and their ******* songs were really good! My child wanted to take pictures of the sunrise, and the owner opened the gate early for us. The swimming pool uses natural hot spring water, and even the bathtub in the room uses hot spring water.
