GGuest UserDue to the weather, the flight was adjusted. A friend who planned to stay could not be sure when to arrive at the store. He was hesitant to reserve a room for him, but he was afraid that the time for free cancellation would exceed the time, resulting in the room rate I had paid. When I was anxious, The hotel's waiter in charge of reception, Dela, helped me coordinate the duty manager, agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and can help me reserve it for free until 21 that night, which eliminated my concerns. Things are small but warm! Thanks to Dela for his kind help 👍

When I checked in, the front desk learned that it was my birthday. I sent a small cake super intimate, and there was lunch fruit. There was no pressure to stay. The front desk was very intimate and guided. Breakfast is very rich, mainly Chinese food, it is really good to eat together in the morning.

The location is particularly good, the bus stop is at the door, the surrounding is full of delicious restaurants, shopping and eating do not need to detour. The Xinjiang beauty at the front desk was super enthusiastic, the check-in was very fast, and she took the initiative to upgrade the room type and sent a plate of fresh fruit. The details were too much. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, lying on it for a second to sleep, and the soundproofing was very good, and the noise of the road was not heard at all. The bathroom hot water comes quickly, the water volume is sufficient, and the toiletries are very comfortable.
There are many types of breakfast in the morning, a combination of Chinese and Western, and local specialties, the taste is particularly good. When I checked out, I also helped me store my luggage until the evening, and the whole process was very intimate. This price is nothing to say, I will definitely choose here next time!

The service is really good, although it is an old hotel, the facilities and equipment after the renovation in 2020 are better, the breakfast is quite rich, the transportation is convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, the high floor can overlook the entire Changji, and I will stay here next time on business trip.
