Luckily, my flight the next day was delayed, and I had my phone with me in the shower room. Otherwise, I really don't know what I would have done. I called the front desk and waited for over ten minutes before someone came, opened the door, and said, ”This door is broken. We'll call the engineering department to fix it in a bit.” I was speechless. Maybe I was just lucky, otherwise I would have been stuck there. I checked out early the next morning to catch my flight, and after waiting all day, I still didn't receive an apology. I will never stay at this hotel again, and for the sake of my safety, I urge all future guests not to choose this hotel.

The hotel service was amazing. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to cater to my needs, and the room service ladies were always polite and punctual. The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!
