"The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was warm and polite; seeing that we had a child, she upgraded our room type for free and even prepared slippers and a toothbrush for the little one. The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made noodles, desserts, fruits, various steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and more, catering to everyone's needs. We stayed on the 23rd floor, and the night view of Changji was beautiful.
When we checked out the next day, they even gave my child a mosquito repellent bracelet as a Children's Day gift. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it! The only minor issue was with the security guard at the hotel entrance; he didn't react when a car approached, and even after honking for a while, he didn't direct us where to park. We had to get out and ask if the underground parking was available. However, these little things didn't detract from our overall stay."

"I stayed in Changji for a quick 24 hour trip to visit a friend of mine that week so I did not require a lot of amenities at the hotel. The elevator and the air conditioning were not working when I arrived. I think that the hotel is still doing some renovations and construction work since it is a new hotel. There was a strong cigarette smell that came into the room upon entry and came through the vents throughout the night. I opened the window to get rid of the smell but it kept coming back. This was the only thing that was really unpleasant. Apart from that, the staff were friendly and pleasant."

The homestay is not very soundproof. The residents are downstairs. They talk until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The sanitation is average and the location is good.
