Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe.

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has good soundproofing. I slept until noon and didn't go for breakfast. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I would just remind friends who travel early to leave 5-10 minutes for the deposit refund. This is something I suggest you improve.

From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

Upgraded me from a standard single to a deluxe king room, which was an amazing deal for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The breakfast buffet was good, and there's a snack street nearby. Definitely recommend!
