"It was my first time in Xinjiang, and I was a little nervous, being unfamiliar with the area. But this hotel completely put our anxiety to rest! I have to give it a shout-out. The receptionists were like walking encyclopedias, patiently telling us which restaurants were good nearby, how much a taxi would cost, and even thoughtfully reminding us about the temperature and time difference. The room was spotless; the bedding was crisp and clean with no odor, and even the bathroom windows were sparkling clean. The amenities were also very complete."

"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."

She grabbed all the ID cards and immediately asked me what name to order? It seems very unprofessional, the manicure is also long, and the keyboard is very unfavorable. "Highly recommended! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. Since we had children with us, they prepared meals in advance and even heated up small steamed buns for the kids. Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has good soundproofing. I slept until noon and didn't go for breakfast. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I would just remind friends who travel early to leave 5-10 minutes for the deposit refund. This is something I suggest you improve.

Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.
