Our 76-room hotel is conveniently located at 7188 Westminster Highway in Richmond, British Columbia, just a five minute walk from the Richmond Brighouse Skytrain station. This puts you within easy reach of the airport, downtown Vancouver, and many exciting attractions.
"This is our 3rd time to stay at the hotel and we have always been pleased with the service and the amenities for the price we paid. The room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom , TV, heater, coffeemaker, ref, water kettle, hair dryer and of course wifi. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are attentive to our needs. We booked an airport shuttle which is free of charge and they made sure we will arrive on time to the airport, William, the driver was great ( they called a taxi service in case the shuttle does not arrive but it was not needed at the end). Breakfast had a good variety of bread, coffee, drinks, egg.and ham. There's also a.microwave to heat up food. Also, its a 7 minute walk to the CF richmond center where you can buy stuff and food. They also have a vendo machine for quick bites and drinks near the elevator.Overall, this hotel made sure our stay will be best."

KKexintangtangI must introduce this five-star praise in detail: I booked for my child because I needed to transfer to Toronto the next day. I found several hotels on the Trip.com app and found that most hotels in Canada require 19 weeks of age to stay alone. And you need a credit card payment deposit (not accept cash and bank cards). If the child does not have a credit card, I can click in and see the check-in requirements. Finally, I chose this Stonehenge B&B. 1. There is a free pick-up and drop-off service. (We are the hotel phone number contacted on the ground and arranged the pick-up for about 20 minutes) 2. The room rate also includes a rich breakfast (pictured below) 3. The store does not receive a deposit. It is really convenient for the children's transportation and accommodation problems, and it does not let the children live on the streets. It also makes my mother who is worried about the children's itinerary feel very warm. Thanks to the store 🙏
After the child checked in, he said the same price. This hotel is the best in her itinerary. (Because the hotels near the airport are generally perfunctory), it can compare the store. The store is really very careful to operate the hotel. The overall house is very clean, comfortable and warm, and the details are elegant. Even the toilet can think of embellishing with flowers. The store looked at the child cute. When I left for breakfast, I sent her a bottle of homemade jam. Unfortunately, I was deducted by the airport security staff. So I was very sad. 💔
Secondly: I also praise Trip.com Customer Service 👍 Because Canadian hotels are different from domestic hotels, reservations are non-refundable, various ages, deposit, payment methods and other check-in conditions, I need Trip.com Customer Service to help me communicate and solve, and sometimes difference and language communication problems, Customer service is really 24 hours a day, and I do my best to solve customer problems. Thanks also to the 🙏 Trip.com app customer service staff.

IIris.LuTransportation: Very convenient to take the shuttle bus from L3 Gate 16 at the airport. The hotel is a three-minute walk from the SkyTrain station.
Cleanliness: Very clean, much cleaner than a certain [competitor hotel chain] and no strange odors.
Environment: Compared to the [competitor hotel chain] we stayed at the next day, the Westin was much quieter.
Recreation: The pool and gym were not crowded. The water was quite cold in winter, but you could use the spa.
Dining: We had brunch at the ground floor restaurant at 11:00 AM. I recommend the chicken burger and the cheese burger from the kids' menu.
Service: A kind gentleman at the front desk who spoke Chinese helped us with a one-hour late checkout. After checking out, I realized I left my electric toothbrush in the room. The lady at the front desk said she would keep it safe for me until I return to Vancouver in two months, which I really appreciated.

MM475724****The shuttle bus was convenient, running every half hour until 1 AM. Breakfast was quite good for a Canadian hotel, with a relatively wide variety of options. The scrambled eggs with vegetables were particularly delicious. The air conditioning in the room was a bit old and noisy, but luckily, you could manually adjust the fan speed, which was better than another hotel I stayed at since it didn't get too loud in the middle of the night and disturb my sleep.

TTonyHKakandeFraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!

LLina QTWe were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

I booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, I received only 1 bathroom, and 1 main bathroom was purposely locked. I complained, got free bfast for the next day and room changed. Although it kinda ruin my plan because of moving much, but ok lah. I will book again if come to richmond.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and there are tons of great dining options nearby in Richmond. Plus, they offer free parking and the front desk staff are really friendly – some even speak Chinese, which is a nice bonus. While the hotel facilities are definitely a bit dated, the rooms themselves are spotless. It's a fantastic value-for-money option if you need a place to stay overnight during a layover.
