PPriscilla Pui KiGood value for money! Newly renovated rooms very close to the beach! I love the beautiful views and handheld shower and coffee machine at the lounge. Everything is perfect. The only complain would be that the walls are quite thin and you cam hear noise from neighbour units but ear plugs may solve the issue.

GGuest UserThis was my first time ever staying here and I was very impressed. I will definitely be coming back to the Bayside Resort in the future.
The staff from the moment I walked in the door were amazing. They were super polite and very helpful and very informative for all my questions and needs. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I came there for a relaxing weekend and got just that. The restaurant and lounge staff were so nice and on the ball. It was very busy there but they never skipped a beat and always made me feel like I was the only one in the room. I was super impressed with this.
It was disappointing that there was no hot tub as it was dealing with repairs at the time, hey these things happen, but the pool was great and the workout room/gym was very impressive as well.
Location of this resort is amazing, honestly can’t get much better. Spectacular views on beachfront to one the most popular beaches in this region. What a beautiful spot!!
I feel like I can go on and on, all and all I had a great experience at the Bayside Resort and I will definitely be back soon!!

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my time at The Tide’s Inn Parksville. Quiet, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The staff were beyond reproach! Excellent service. Perfect for my pet. We enjoyed the fire pits and close proximity to the beach and services. Well done!

SSAESHThis hotel is a bit biased on Victoria Island. If it is not self-driving, it is very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are relatively complete. There are hot springs. Facing a small lake, it was quite peaceful. There is a kitchen, but we don’t have time to cook by ourselves. The breakfast at the hotel is good, you can make your own waffles. Did not see the Chinese. Because there was only a foreign couple who went to the hot springs late. There is free parking.

CCarole lay yinThe room is badly in need of renovations because the very old carpeted floor is uneven and bumpy. There is a smell in the room where I had to open the window to air.
The bathtub hot water is just barely warm. A report to the receptionist on my 3rd evening.. who suggested I change my room.
When I checked on the first day, the reception offered a room upgrade which I rejected after I went to the room because it was very dark and gave an uneasy feeling.
This is probably the worst hotel on this trip in Canada where I have been for last one month.

JJess CollinsOverall excellent stay, and a fair price for the room we got. We had a pet friendly king suite with a kitchen, which was perfect for us. Room was large and clean, nice bathroom and shower, comfortable bed. There were a few small things that were missing that would have made it even better - coat hangers or hooks would be nice, as there's nowhere to hang anything. Also, the kitchen had dishes and dishsoap but no dishes cloths or towels. Only one small garbage can but no garbage bag. These things wouldn't stop us from staying again but would be nice to have.

CCarrie-AnneWe had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. Thank you Days Inn Nanaimo
