Nanaimo Hotels with Wifi

"The Travelodge Nanaimo is centrally located in a quiet area about a 5 minute walk to the downtown business district & a minutes stroll from Nanaimo's Harbourfront Walkway & the beautiful waterfront Maffeo Sutton Park. This Travelodge is an older property & the standard room furnishings were a bit dated but the room itself was very clean, well maintained and included a small patio area, mini-fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee/tea and a very comfortable bed. The value priced rate also included continental breakfast. Great value for the price paid."

"The Beach Club is a our go-to spot when we need to get away from reality for a few days, the setting, the amenities and the staff always make our stay the perfect gateway! We had a fabulous meal in the onsite restaurant finished off with a 40 year old Fladgate for dessert. We walked for miles on the sand and the boardwalk and even got to get our Pickleball fix with several courts and welcoming locals adjacent to the hotel! Once again, the Beach Club was a perfect distraction!"

"The environment is very nice and there is a garden, a large parking lot, and the rooms are large, like suites. It is only a few minutes drive from the hotel to the city centre, which is especially convenient."

"The hotel is not big, unexpectedly good, clean, quiet and friendly, intimately prepared small snacks, basins, sleeping mats (although small), towels, dinner is also very satisfied, you can also see the sunset, listening to the sound of the waves to sleep is a great experience"

"I really enjoyed my time at The Tide’s Inn Parksville. Quiet, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The staff were beyond reproach! Excellent service. Perfect for my pet. We enjoyed the fire pits and close proximity to the beach and services. Well done!"

"This hotel is a bit biased on Victoria Island. If it is not self-driving, it is very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are relatively complete. There are hot springs. Facing a small lake, it was quite peaceful. There is a kitchen, but we don’t have time to cook by ourselves. The breakfast at the hotel is good, you can make your own waffles. Did not see the Chinese. Because there was only a foreign couple who went to the hot springs late. There is free parking."

"Many small problems, the curtains fell off as soon as they were pulled, the bathroom exhaust fan could not be turned on or off (in order to say that the central control actually did not seem to be) The sound was oversized, and then I didn’t know how to turn on the hot water for a long time. The new front desk was a bit greasy."

"We only book this hotel after we got off the ferry. We were glad that we came to this hotel when there were only a few rooms left in two hotels nearby. The room is spacious with a balcony. We can enjoy the sunset view here. The noise from the main road was a bit noisy. In the first night we had the air conditioning on, but it was a bit noisy. Then we turned it off, somehow the noise from the road was still acceptable. The service at front desk was great. We booked the room only minutes before we checked in and the check in was very smooth and quick. We extended one more night before midnight, and the transition was very easy. We can stay in the same room. The deposit can be transferred for the 2nd night by filling one more paper. The bathtub was spacious for two people, but it doesn’t have light there, so it’s a bit dim. The shampoo and shower gel given were Dove, only the tooth brush and paste were not provided. There was a TV in our room with a TV box, but we didn’t use it. As we watched our own movies on our iPad. The only downside was the breakfast provided limited choices with only sausage patty, omelettes with cheese, cereal with milk, drinks from the coffee machine and fruits. And we used the laundry on site. They charged CAD4 for washing without providing a detergent, another CAD4 for drying clothes. I think it’s overcharged. We felt safe staying in this hotel, although we didn’t ask for the room cleaning, but the cleaner still came when we were out. Nothing was found missing. Only the bathroom towels and the tissue box were replaced with new ones. The car park here is free to use, no need to reserve."

"We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. Thank you Days Inn Nanaimo"
