"Very accessible and good walk over from the Skycasino part~ I loved the range of TV channels as well altho the room was a bit further down to the other side and I have sprained my ankle. But other than this personal reason, the stay was great and I loved the hotel vibes etc. Good short stay! Will stay here again the next time I am here :)"

"Location-wise, everything was great & the room was comfortable. However, I’d recommend avoiding weekends, as the lobby gets very crowded with guests checking in & the lifts can be quite slow due to the high traffic. The Wi-Fi in the room was also frustratingly slow & you can hear noise when guests in the room above move their chairs/table. For the best experience, request a room on level 20 or above to enjoy the views. I didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel facilities, but I did visit Hard Rock and Hoverland in the same building, 10/10 would recommend."

"The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail."

The café and surrounding areas, including the golf course, are pleasant and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the views are absolutely wonderful."

"We arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional. The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good. I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel. My 1st choice hotel👍👍"

"Hotel is conveniently connected to the malls and theme park. Rooms are well maintained, check in and checkout are automated...minimal human interaction. Breakfast is off-site but not too far away albeit a little crowded."

"We booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast. We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025. We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back. On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water. A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on. Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price."

I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords."

"Quite a distance away from Genting Highlands but is comfortable for family stay as it comes with dining and living area in an apartment settings. Check in process is easy but bear in mind the parking fees per night is Rm20. Overall good stay."

"First World Hotel Genting has Excellent central location and all the adventure happening at one place. From indoor theme park outdoor theme park cable car and alot of dinning options. We as a family booked 02 rooms. Beds were comfortable and soft. Room size is too small but we have enjoyed alot. The only issue is Check in process which can take upto 3 - 4 hours waiting time."
