Wonderful hotel with a perfect location on the edge of the town next to the grassland with views of the mountains. Rooms are very clean and modern with everything you might need. All the staff are very helpful and friendly in particular 坎 who helped us on check in. Breakfast is delicious. Would very much recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

We spent there one night only but it was great confort and we had a good rest. Even if in summer Taxkorgan at night is not that hot, we had to sleep with the window opened because the temperature in the room was a bit hot. Maybe a AC could be installed. The room has a good set of amenities that we enjoyed to use. It was a short pleasant stay.

We drove from Kashgar to the Pamirs and booked a yurt with this owner. The owner was warm and attentive, recommending a local yak hotpot restaurant. Upon arrival, he asked if we were experiencing altitude sickness and provided free oxygen bags. The owner's mother was on duty, ensuring refills. The yurt is just a few kilometers from the county seat, nestled in a peaceful village nestled beneath the snow-capped mountains. The yurt was spacious, clean, heated, and had its own bathroom—extraordinary! The next day, we woke up early and headed straight for the Panlong Ancient Trail. Fortunately, the Tasha Ancient Trail was fully open that day, and we arrived in Shache at 8:30 PM. The trail is certainly challenging, but the scenery is breathtaking, making it a perfect trip to the Pamirs. The owner is a great host and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Drain does work well , shower will flood, toilet stinks. One of the staff seemed quite helpful while the other one would def prefer his game than offering any sort of help.

She was warm and thoughtful. The upgraded parent-child room was too necessary. After a day of running around, the combination of a large bed and a small bed can also allow us to have a good sleep and recharge. The breakfast of the hotel is the richest and most attentive of the four-star hotels I have stayed in. There is no other, which impressed me. This standard is also a five-star level in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The hotel owner is very dedicated. He has been welcoming guests and seeing off guests in the lobby.
