If I were to really look for flaws, I find it frustrating that as more and more hotels only supply body wash/shampoo/conditioner in large bottles that are attached to the wall, they only do so in the shower, meaning you can’t access them when using the bath; feels like a pretty big oversight to me. The same with a lack of hand soap by the basin in the lavatory; both basins should have access to hand soap."

"Zoey at the front desk provided very thoughtful service. She took the initiative to arrange a room on a high floor for me and upgraded my room. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is amazing. When you sit by the window to work at night, you can see the entire city at night. Although the gym on the second floor does not have many equipments, they are sufficient and are almost fully occupied during morning exercises. There are a lot of breakfast options, and soy milk and freshly baked bread are a great way to start the day. The room is well soundproofed and the mattress is very comfortable, so you can sleep well even when you are on a business trip."

"The staff are very nice and always polite and friendly. Upon check-in we are provided with a 8 F room facing another side of the main street. Which is quieter. The room is bright, clean and spacious. Japanese toilet and bath tub. Loved it!!! They offer free laundry services which saved us big time - Very responsive and timely. We were advised to put clothes in the laundry bag and hang outside the door handle after 8am. They picked up and delivered the same day! They offered us complementary fruits each day and a small mooncake during the mid autumn festival. Free bottled water and even a free package of snacks and chocolate before we checked out!!! I highly recommend it if you stay in Taizhou City."
