The room was really nice with a beauty street view and the beds are super comfy. The staff there were really nice and helpful. I really like the 24/7 beverage bar with tea, coffee and water. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will love to stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Paris

Although the room is not big, it has all the facilities, and I like the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

The room space is very small. Someone in the same group booked a twin room (it is not optional but the room type title is twin room), but the hotel provides a one-bed room and does not allow room changes. After contacting Trip.com customer service that day, they promised that they would help me change to a twin room for the second night. However, when I returned to the hotel after the trip the next day, I was still not offered a room change, which was outrageous.

The hotel room itself is not big, but although it is small, it is well-equipped with complete facilities, and the service is also very good. The hotel is also a chain hotel, so it is considered guaranteed.

The staff are friendly. The room was neat. Location is good. The price is pretty good too. I think I'll choose it next time too.
