The Executive Suite we’ve stayed air conditioning unit is out of circulation model, we barely have a night rest. Their bathroom sink is not usable, no hot water on bathtub & sink

We have been into diffrent hotels, so far,this is the worst one..The price is unreasonable..Apologies,But i would never book again to this hotel if possible!Towels and blanket are worst,and my husband got some rashes on his skin..(Red and itchy). The room has very bad smell! The " So clean, so good" is just a myth.

Had a bad experience here. They knocked our room's door and even shouted while we're sleeping just to ask kung anong oras kami nag-check and/or mag-check out. They did ask us for two times, especially when we ordered food. And even pag-check out namin, while we're on lobby, one woman asked us if binayaran ba namin pagkain na in-order namin. Take note, may tao sa lobby nun kaya rinig nila dahil ang lakas ng boses ni ate. Probably they thought we won't pay for all of the expense just because nakasuot kami ng casual clothes or parang nakapambahay when in fact, we have money and paid for it. Malala mga staff here and their services.

I ordered food, 90 mins later still no food. I ordered grab food instead.
