Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range, it was the best. They even let me check in early for a small fee. Unusually, the hotel had face towels. The pool was great and very clean without too much chlorine. Nice view. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good for hotel food. The room was very clean. Easy walk to the pier area.

Nicely updated over the years, but the window glass in my room had no sealant between the glass panels so the wind was whistling through there all night.

Beat for families. Excellent value for money. Around an hour walk from Old Town, but it's a beautiful walk along the coastline.

Hotel looked amazing! It was in a nice location meaning if tourists stayed there they were in walking distance to browse around to visit nearby restaurants and coffee shops! One side of the hotel had a nice view vs the other side had the back view of the hotel.Food was amazing and the night life at the hotel was fun…nice size pool perfect for families, couples and/or friends …air conditioner worked wonders too!

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

Internet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel is very well located, right in front of the Cinta Costera, malls, farmacies and ATM machines are nearby. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and staff very kind. The overall experience was ver possitive! I recommend it

A truly beautiful hotel. Excellent food and superb service. Book the Bay View category. The view is incredible, and you won't want to leave the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. You can walk to the old town in an hour. Top top top

The room is large, with a good view, clean and tidy, plenty of hot water, comfortable air conditioning, good service attitude of the front desk, restaurant and health staff, efficient work, rich and delicious breakfast, and clean swimming pool.

Unbeatable view, electric curtains, very good breakfast, but the swimming pool is a bit small, there is no MRT nearby, you can only get in and out by Uber, and the nearby restaurants are a bit expensive

The hotel is nice, the rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views, the bed is very comfortable, the screen and the bathroom, as well as the very rich buffet breakfast The pool is not really nice and we did not feel like going in On Saturday they had a barbecue and they were so full of people that the service in the restaurant was somewhat bad If I have to complain about the internet in the 3 days we were there it only worked in the reception and not in the rooms that was a problem for me because I had to work, which I could not do, I reported it at the reception but it was of no use Thank you
