Nice staff Great location Nice big breezy room. Quite except for chickens.

Simple and cosy place, very accommodating we got our room as early as 10am. Tasty breakfast too.

Good and good

The boss is very kind and enthusiastic. The service is very good and he is very attentive to the management. The food is also good and there are discounts. The accommodation is no problem and the CP value is very high. If you visit Pamukkale, you can choose this hotel. It is very close to the station and the entrance.

Helpful fast service ,very polite. The atmosphere very friendly. They have a wood fired oven and cooked fresh pita dough. They have a good selection of fresh sweets,and a full bar. The quality of fresh food was excellent. The photos on the menu are a mistake as they do not do the food justice.

We, family of 4 including two teens reached a closed Mustafa early morning 6:30.We called the number pasted on the closed door and immediately a smiling Jenk opened the door and lead us to a room, no questions- no check in formalities.Later when we talked he told me he never let women and children wait in vain.The property has an old world charm and great food.Though we didn't stay the night the few hours we spend was enough to recommend Mustafa to everyone. You can just walk and climb to the Hieropolis via the Travertines if you plan to explore the wonder on your own.Rooms are small but cozy and clean.Theres wifi and hot water and totally friendly staff who make you feel at home.Gule Gule Mustafa

Restaurant food is great, lovely breakfast and lunch with good Turkish coffee served with Turkish delight. Service is also friendly and efficient. Has a great central location and a lovely view of the travertines. Nice terrace too. Highly reccomend.

I am reviewing the restaurant at this hotel. The food was excellent and the service was as well. I had the grilled chicken and it was cooked perfectly. My partner had the sea bass and said it was very good as well. We shared an aubergine salad. Our waiter was really nice and was a very good server. I highly recommend this restaurant and would eat there again.

The location couldn't be better, the place is right next to Pamukkale and hierapolis. Staff are super friendly too. Anything I asked for was sorted out super quickly and the food was not bad either. Can't find anything to complain about so 5 stars

The restaurant is awesome. We found the restaurant by accident and the food service and the price for all excellent. Cindy couldn’t have been more helpful and we wish we had more time to go back there another night and enjoy his service and great food.

This is one of the best small hotels I've ever been into. The hotel is located literally at the entrance of the Pamukkale Travertines. Rooms are clean and cozy, air conditioning works fine. The service is amazing. Hotel staff is friendly and polite, they answer all the questions and provide you with excellent tour advices. The awesome balloon tour is available at the helpdesk at a reasonable price. The restaurant is good: cozy terrace, balanced breakfast, unlimited çay. Nargile is available. Wifi worked a bit randomly, but it worked. The quality to price ratio of this hotel is excellent. Definitely recommend.

Clean! Customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond for my mother in law without complaints. They also appreciated our feedback as well. Attractions nearby: Lake with paddle boats to rent next to small mineral mountain Restaurants and mini mart in the same street.

Good stay, excellent location just a block away from the entrance to the travertines and near the dolmus stop for buses from Denizli. Nice terrace to sit on. Helpful staff. Rooms are a little faded round the edges but for the price this hotel is good value.

Beautiful food, beautiful sevice, beautiful people. Very good prices for both food and wine. They wanted to charge us 3 times the price we paid here for wine just down the road. There is a locely ambience to the roof top with a view of the reavertines. Highly recommended!!!
