Spa Hotels in Palma de Mallorca

Another great stay! Previous visit 2017 and it’s even better. This time we had a terrace room and it was amazing. Sunbathing til 7pm on our balcony was incredible. Hotel is always immaculate, beautiful pool area and such friendly staff on reception. We plan to be back again next year. Also great location- can walk to everywhere !

To be honest, the location is very central, the facilities are also good, the room is very large and very new, but it seems that this hotel likes to put sculptures of that kind of clothes... It's the kind of sculpture that only has clothes and no people inside... (like Doctor Strange's cloak) There is a sculpture that looks like ancient Japanese women's clothes at the door of my room, it's really scary 😭 I don't dare to open the door by myself and go out to be accompanied by my boyfriend 😭

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel. You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure. The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation. The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

Hotel location in the city center, convenient transportation; checkin was late at night, the front desk was quickly connected to the phone is very warm. Although the room is not big, there are a lot of drinks!

Mallorca was by far our favorite of the five cities we visited throughout Spain, and that was due in large part to the service provided by the hotel's amazing concierge, Sergio.  His warm and friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, thoughtful food and sight-seeing recommendations and generous hospitality made our stay truly outstanding.  The spa ammenities were also pretty awesome, too.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

This is a lovely hotel on the heart of Palma! What impressed my husband and I the most was the warm and charming service we received from Joaquim Vidal, each request for a service or a restaurant recommendation was met with sincere thoughtfulness and enthusiasm! We were so impressed…he does the job of three people, compared to some similar boutique, high end properties that we frequent. He is a true gem!

It was my first time to Mallorca for a holiday. I was recommended by my friends to stay at this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to the private marina, and not far from the cathedral. It's convenient in transportation. The service quality and hotel facilities are very good. It's worth recommending.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.
