Location: 20 minutes walk from central Parma, but I think the location is good.
Services: Very stylish with a spa in the basement and a bar and pool on the 4th floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean. I think the cleaning is thorough.
Amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. There aren't many other things, but they say it's for eco-friendliness. You can get it if you ask the front desk.
Overall, I think it's a very good hotel and I recommend it to Japanese people.

From the lovely welcome - a chilled glass of Cava as we arrived, the wonderful staff at this great little hotel made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel is set in an old tile factory, with beautiful tiles displayed around the building and in every room. An easy stroll into the old town and on bus routes around Mallorca. I can’t remember staying in a hotel where the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind - can’t wait to go back. Gracias, sentimos que hemos hecho nuevos amigos

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.

What can I say, amazing hotel. Truly an A+ experience. As you enter the grand entrance you immediately feel the exclusiveness of the hotel. You are greeted by amazing staff who will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Elisa and Antonia, who went above and beyond to prior to my arrival. The reception staff were very attentive, top class. Excellent suite,well appointed and clean. Service throughout the hotel was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back when I visit Palma in the future.

We booked two twin rooms as a group of friends. We were greeted by Alexandra who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us on a map where the good places to eat were and visit. The location was great and it was extremely easy to get about on foot and also to grab a taxi and visit other areas. The pool area was really good and chilled, nice touch that they provide beach towels in your room. The room and beds were really comfortable and the shower gel/shampoo etc were great, air con worked well. We always went out for breakfast but we could have eaten in the adjoining cafe. The only negative and the reason I would not give this five stars is that you have to get your one bottle of water (per room not per person) filled up by reception. This is really strange in a four star hotel normally you are provided with fresh bottles of water every day in a hotel of this standard and I feel it lets them down. I also wish they provided proper milk for a tea and also decent coffee as it was tiny and quite bitter. However the above are small things and I would stay here again,

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

The room is relatively large in European hotels, the toiletries have eucalyptus ingredients, the taste is very good, the pool on the top floor is not big, but the environment is not bad. Downstairs is LV, Rolex, convenient shopping, there are many delicious restaurants nearby!

Our stay at Can Cera in Palma de Mallorca was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped into this beautiful mansion, we felt instantly at home. The warmth and kindness of the staff made us feel welcomed right away, and the interior design was absolutely stunning—elegant yet incredibly cozy. It truly doesn’t feel like a typical hotel; it feels like an incredible home where every detail has been considered for comfort. The beds were so comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was one of warmth and tranquility. I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised me with a lovely card, a delicious cake, and everyone warmly wished me a happy birthday, which made the experience all the more memorable and heartfelt. Thank you to everyone at Can Cera for making my birthday and stay so unforgettable. This place will always hold a special spot in my heart, and I can’t wait to come back.

Our room was comfortable and stylish (street side so could hear visitors to the cathedral and horse drawn carriages going by but this did not bother us). There is a nice internal courtyard where breakfast is served. The staff are kind and attentive, particularly Mari Carmen on reception and the lady serving breakfast. Location is perfect and the outlook extremely attractive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Palma.

We stayed for 4 nights as a couple and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we felt very welcomed and at ease after a long trip from home. The staff are exceptional, caring and attentive. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and very worth it. You will receive a very personalized 1:1 experience as you should in a true boutique hotel. Overall highly recommend staying here! Five of us stayed in the three bedroom, three bathroom apartment.We were met by Cati, who was lovely and helpful. The apartment was very clean and extremely well catered for. The cooking facilities are good, there is sufficient crockery and cutlery and utensils. It is a bonus having a washing machine and a dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable and there is a good amount of storage available. There is a lovely terrace to use, however it was just too hot during our visit. The apartment is very centrally located, is it is an excellent location if you are looking to enjoy central Palma. The air conditioning is very good and in the hot month of August we were able to enjoy the city and come back for brief respite from the humid heat. Definitely would recommend and we would stay again.

GGuest UserI agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. The modern railway station is down the escalator to the left of the left-hand low white building to level -1 and the regional bus station (red/white/yellow busses) is via an

I booked this hostel through *********** with free cancellation. Prior to the cancellation date, the hostel took my money, which at the time was fine. I then had a friend wanting to join me on the holiday and unfortunately, there was no accommodation available for her to stay here, meaning I had to cancel. I contacted the hostel asking for them to refund my money, which they agreed. To my surprise, they took out a further amount of €90 again, rather than refunding. They apologised for the error, but to this day I have still not received me 2 x €90 money back. They said they have sent the money, but over a month later it still hasn't been received and I've had to dispute the charges through my bank. No offer of compensation at all. They are pretty much saying, we sent the money, now its your problem. I'm sure the hostel is nice, but this experience has been terrible. Disappointed.
