Great location and the loveliest staff. They will always find a way to make your day that much more spectacular and put a smile on your face. I will not only back again and also recommend my Friends coming here for either a full blown sit down dinner and drinks, or even just a quick catch up with mates. You will always have a good time at the palm beach hotel 🩷

It's okay for the price just to spend a night

Was pretty good, but the toilet is downstairs. I could not find the accommodation access when i arrived and parked the car at the carpark behind the building. I had to ask staffs who work at the pub on ground floor, but they were not really pleasant. They finally contacted accommodation staff and let me in. He was nice and chill though. Although there are some inconveniences, the location, parking, interior and price are quite reasonable, so i will stay there again.

Not much for service but location and amenities were fine. Bedding wasn't what it was advertised but ..6 /10

Great place

Fantastic position, pleasantly surprised at the excellent bathrooms and customer service!

I was a bit worried about the shared bathroom but it was so clean

Short walk to bus stop to go up or down the coast, staff very friendly, and above a great hotel.

Good good location and spacious and clean rooms. The only downside is there no option to cook even basic stuffs like noodles.

I think the service is very good

Great spot with plenty of eateries around including downstairs in the pub. The shared bathroom facilities meant some interesting actions/activities seen with not much personal discretion. ‘Shared bathroom’ doesn’t actually mean unisex facilities but that meaning is lost on some visitors. Room smelt a little musty - maybe the air conditioner was making the carpet seem moist. Otherwise, room size, fridge, hand basin, Air conditioner temperature and bed/bedding were all very good.

Been to Gold Coast 3 times, stayed here every single time. The shared bathrooms are huge and it's literally in the most convenient area.
