Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Good atmosphere, but if you book during peak season, the price of the room is high compared to the size and amenities of the room. Hot water is quite slow. It takes a long time to take a warm shower.

Most impressed with our stay in Movenpick. We loved the large room, the scenic views and the environment that hotel was located. Food and services were as expected and did not disappoint. Kids love this place so we will definitely consider coming back again (esp if there’s cheaper deal). The downside is that we will need to walk outdoors to the main lobby for food etc, so just imagine if it was raining, then everything that’s outdoor wld be an inconvenience. Otherwise, this place is also slightly further than most attractions in Khao Yai, but we just loved the serenity of the environment

The concierge service was a nice touch—they even carried our luggage to the room, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. 🏡 Our Stay Our spacious room featured a cozy bed with soft pillows, and the balcony overlooked the beautifully landscaped garden. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and the gentle rustling of trees was an absolute delight. 😍 The open-air concept of the resort made it feel incredibly immersive and connected to nature, yet with all the comforts of a luxury stay. 🍽️ Dining & Drinks Breakfast was a delicious blend of traditional and international options. The Isaan-style fried rice with stir-fried chicken and vegetables was a standout, and the omelet and grilled pork were equally satisfying. However, I noticed that some food stations were left unattended for a while, leading to items running low. 🫤 Drinks were the real highlight—the Ramayana series cocktail during happy hour was exceptional! Great Service. The room was spacious and cozy. I love the variety of breakfast. My mom and dad really enjoyed it. The scenery here was beautiful surrounded by lakes and big mountains. What a perfect stay!

The room that we booked was sizable overlooking the lake. It’s clean and bright. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with not many choices of items. The service was good and the staff was helpful.

Totally recommend this hotel for family staycation. Service of all staffs, from reception, cleaner, to bellboy, all excellent. Warm and polite. Location is easy to find, in big/main road, close to several tourist spots. Breakfast menu and taste nothing special but not worst. Their twin bed is large and so comfortable. The room and all areas are clean. They provide free outdoor movie theater, free bike to be used inside hotel area, free welcome drink. Minus point only the tv is not a smart tv.

We stay here at this hotel for a night. From the first step to the hotel front desk, we got a very warm welcome from staff and they help us carrying all stuff to the room. This time, we took our son together so we request a baby cot with no extra charge, and the staff helps us for install. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast line was great, food and stuff were delicious. We found that all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. This’s such a good experience staying here.

Sala Khaoyai was a long-awaited visit, and it lived up to the pictures. The atmosphere was fantastic, complemented by the pleasantly chilly weather. The standout infinity pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was a highlight. The chef deserves a special mention – every meal was delicious. Given the remote location, we had most of our meals in the hotel, and it was a satisfying culinary experience. The rooms were superb, making our couple's trip a truly joyful and memorable experience.

Beautiful place, room is bigger than expected. Impressive service. Parking is quite tight but there is enough.
