Very cozy, old hotel with an authentic atmosphere, cool breakfast, nice hot springs pool, the rooms so quit, but really cold in room at night, you need warm clothes for sleeping ✨

Renovated at 2023 is the biggest scam. Guys stay far from this “resort”. We check in and the walls has holes and from there coming mosquitos. We mention this at reception and they change us room. In new room was marks from “*****” up of the bed the plugs was broken and the bathroom was full of mold. You can see all these at photos. We booked 2 nights and we left early in the morning on second day because in room also was 14 degrees and aircondition has only cold mode and not heat. 99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room.

Want to book next time at the resort

I appreciated the care given from the staff, and the manager. I am a vegetarian and each morning he made sure I was accommodated with some warm vegetarian food. I moved from the standard room to the cottage because there is no sound proofing, something that would serious upgrade the standard rooms. I loved the peace and quiet, the hotsprings and watching the elephant bath in the river each morning.

One needs to have his own transport to stay here in order to roam around Pai. But, if your focus is to relax and enjoy the serenity, this is the place.

Wonderful hotel! Just a huge territory! I have never seen anything like it! On the territory there are swimming pools, as well as 2 hot springs. I highly recommend cosmetic repairs in the rooms and it will be just super! Breakfast is just wonderful, a huge selection and very polite staff!
