Good breakfast & timely filling. Clean room & bathroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay of 1 night and my family enjoyed the stay.

Upon arrival last night, the receptionist was a male waiter. The hot water container at the front desk was empty, there was no water in it, and then I suggested to him that we need hot water, because we need hot water to make tea bags and take medicine, but he said that there was no hot water, and then directly took away the hot water container at the front desk and put it in the side room and locked the door. Is this the standard of hotel service? I can't quite understand the operation of this hotel. Other than that, the hotel's other services are very satisfactory。

Hotel staff efficient and friendly. Clean well stocked rooms. Complimentary breakfast offered hot and cold options.

Clean and easy to get to airport with shuttle service. The breakfast service is good too.

check-in was slow. Desk attendant was away from the desk for the first 15 minutes of our arrival, resulting in several parties waiting to check in once she returned. Otherwise, everything was very good - room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very good. Did not use any other facilities.

Had a great and lovely experience at the hotel. Despite the fact that I arrived earlier than standard check in time, I still had the privilege to check in earlier only by paying a surcharge of $40 CAD. The gym and indoor pool made the experience unforgettable. Hotel is also only 5mins drive away from Ottawa international airport

Everything is as you'd expect from an airport hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The shuttle service to and to the airport was a great perk and very useful. I enjoyed the pool as well. An overall nice break between flights.

This is my second trip at Hampton near Ottawa Airport. Good quality and service. I'll stay here for my next trip to Ottawa.

It was nice experience, check in was good , got extra one hour due to travel delay, breakfast area was clean , airport shuttle was also very good.

Lost hot water second night. To be fair After requesting they allowed us to shower in the separate room on another floor..

Rooms are really clean, breakfast closed 1 hour earlier but the had breakfast bags available. Only real compliant is that front desk personnel while trying to check in said we never paid for our room, even though we had a paperwork staying we did.

The hotel is easily accessible, close to the airport, has adequate parking, and is within walking distance of several restaurants. Having breakfast included on site, in the room rate is appreciated also.
