Very nice and cozy room. Good cleanliness. Not very noisy even the room is next to the elevator. Effective services at front desk.

There was no slippers and toothbrush.

My son's first solo trip, the breakfast was average, the hotel location was OK.

The room was very big. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 in the morning and were allowed to move in as soon as there was a room. You need to ask the front desk for slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast buffet was very poor and it is not recommended to add it. Let's eat at McDonald's outside. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to Capitol Hill.

Most of the rooms are very satisfactory, but the air conditioner in the room is noisy and I can't sleep at night. The air is also dry, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. The hygiene is good and the location is good. When I booked the room, it was a deluxe suite, but the front desk gave me a standard room.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. But the central air conditioner is a bit loud. Because it is winter, I turned the temperature a bit high and the noise was a bit loud. The overall service of the hotel is still very good. The location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the Congress, shopping malls, Congress, and art galleries nearby. There is a parking lot. The breakfast is normal white food.

I'm quite satisfied with everything. The room is quite big, but they didn't provide water, which is a bit stingy...haha
